Supply , installed, Testing and commissioning Transformer step down , Copper wounded, Outdoor Type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV/433 volts (at no load) 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 315 KVA capacity core type double copper wound, oil immersed. naturally cooled,. Oil naturally Air natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYn-11 with natural brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at +- 2.5% & +- 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsius. including PCC Foundation suitable size. Note:- The Transformer shall be IS- 1180 marked and shall comprises of the following :-

(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers

(b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands

(c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge

(d) De- hydrating breather with first type fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel)

(e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover .Oil level gauge , Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap , plug with connection plate complete. Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers.

(f) One no 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 Degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr in width and not. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box Outdoor type platform mounted of size 1200 mm X 1000 mm X 450 mm suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz supply having aluminum bus bar 600 Amps for phases and neutral, installed on porcelain / epoxy insulator. The panel shall be dust proof, vermin proof (IP55) powder coated with fabricated 3.15 mm thick skelton with angle iron / flat iron frame work and sheet self moulded type and 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron frame front and rear opening with double shutter and locking arrangement with 50 mm lock and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 work complete all as specified and as directed.
