Taking of existing cover of septic tanks/soak well & cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any size/capacity by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the solid/waste water by mannual or by mechenical mean as sucking pump and trolly and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 mtr distance and put into newly excavated earth and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as spd and directed. Note :- (i) The excavation and earth work of pit in any type of soil is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. (ii) No extra payment shall be made for dewatering and cleaning with water which shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Net quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid as quoted by the contractor.

Taking of existing cover of septic tanks/soak well & cleaning of septic tank/soak well of any size/capacity by mechenical sewage sucking pumping machine and transport the sludge in to a mechanical sewage carrier tank for removing the same to a distance 10 to 15 KM from defence land and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Chage. Note :- Net quantity of sludge as removed shall be measured and paid.quoted by the contractor.

Cleaning of blocked sewer/sewage line of any discription(SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/150mm/200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water from manhole to manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing manhole cover & cleaning of manhole (any size/depth) by dewatering and taking out rubbish/sludge etc by mannual or by mechnical means and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 mtr distance and put into newly excavated earth and placing back in position the removed cover complete all as specified

Cleaning of blocked / chocked WC ( any pattern) including sewer/sewage line of any discription(SGSW/RCC/CI pipe) of 100mm/150mm/200mm dia or any dia at any depth by rodding or by mechenical means and well flushing the complete sewer line with water upto first manhole to the entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers where required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and exc 1.5m and n.exc 3.0m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L loose filling with broken bricks of guage 80 to 150mm in soakage pits / soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of SGSW or RCC drain/Soil pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required internal diameter upto 150mm (Earthwork will be measured separately).

Demolition and breaking of cast iron/RCC drain/SGSW pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches if required internal diameter 200mm (Earthwork will be measured separately).

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipe 150mm bore including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for brick work with sub class B old size burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specifie and directed

Use & waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. exc 200mm thick, and flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Damp Block 2K Supremo or approved equivalent, having 80% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per ASTM C 1202, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. applying SmartCare Damp Block 2K Suprema in two coat 2 kg/sqmt consumption, The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing , etc, complete as per manufacturers specifications.

S&F in repairs Urinal spreader of brass chormium plated for fixing with 15mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of sludge/soil etc accumulated in existing drain and thrown away the spoil in low lying area exc 50m upto a distance of 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipes and rendering, cutting existing benching for forming branch channel etc for 150mm pipes.

S&F Stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm bore pipe.complete all as specifiecd and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc by using blenching powder from water tank and from mouth of circulating pipe,etc Capacity of tank exc 250 litrres & n exc 500 litres and stencil writing as 'CLEANED ON __________' all as Specified and directed.
