Note: (i) Necessary tool for replacement of spares for 'B' check shall be deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Spares such as replacement of u/s items incl engine oil, air filter, fuel filter & mobil filter will be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch as supply only. (iii) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the DG sets. All requisite safety measurers are to be adopted by contractor on site. (iv) Minor repair work and where ever supply only items by contractor for DG sets is to be carried out by DG Set technician. (v) The contractor will be responsible for cleaning/grass cutting/vegetation cutting upto two meters surrounding of DG Sets. (vi) Supply & fixing items should be executed through authorized rep of manufacturer only. | - | - | - | - |

Note : (i) Spare parts for rectification of fault will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The contractor shall also provide DG Set technician on Sunday & holiday, if required or asked by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) If, contractor failed to provide their DG Set technician or absent to attend the complaints / minor complaint within 24 Hrs, then the recovery will be effected at Rs 2000.00 per day per complaints. | 25 | Each Job | - | - |
