Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc, cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Cement concrete, type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) for side walls of drains etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to faces of drain walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to the item no. 6 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and seperating old reinforcement and removal of debries to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engineer in charge and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC M-20 Nominal Mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, shelves and similar articles set in CM (1:6) including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT deformed bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe 500D complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in cement concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old and new chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, any size, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 5 cm and n. exc 10 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bars of any length as in stiffener to chain link fencing fixed to fencing post complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel angle iron or other sections for post and struts in fencing, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) to fencing post, cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, embedding in concrete and screwing etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and fixing only old steel barbed wire of any dia and size and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling for fencing post, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface of any description n. exc. 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as speified and directed.

Cleaning of existing road side culvert/drain using mechanical means and removing solid/liquid mud,vegitation debries or simillar items and depositing the same n.exc 1.50 Km and including removal & refixing of covers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
