Dismantling of Radiator Banksfrom Main tank of transformer, after draining of existing transformer oil from tank, removing of HV and LV Bushing, OLTC Chamber, and any other item as required
Removing of cover, disconnection of terminals and removing of core and winding assembly at work station with proper tools and plants etc. as per requirement.
Cleaning top yoke after removing core and removing of HV and LV Coils from limbs etc.as per requirement for sludge/foreign particles removal.
Cleaning and Repairing of existing tank and carryout pressure testing as per requirement.
Supplying and providing direct, indirect materials like brazing, kraft paper copper lugs, Gaskets, consumable materials and any other materials as per requirement and as per specification.
Supplying and providing New HV Coil per phase with fresh new copper conductor as per specification and design.
Supplying and providing New LV Coil per phase with fresh new copper conductor as per specification and design.
Supplying and providing insulation for HV&LV with fresh new insulation material complete in all respect as per specification and design. Providing tap changer connections as per tapping range given in particulars.
Pressing, drying heating of active parts in AC/Vacuum oven as per specification and requiment.
Supplying and providing new fresh transformer oil as per specification and design.
Rutine testing of transformer during repairing as per specification.
Assembling of transformer after repairing complete in all respect.
Loading, Unloading, To and Fro Transportation including transit insurance etc.
Installation , Testing and Commissioning at MRSS site complete in all respect.
Supplying and providing any other spare items/ accessories/ material/ OLTC spares/manpower required for complete repairing of transformer as per tender document.
