PROVN OF STORAGE ACCN FOR RAPIGROUT CEMENT AT AF STN LEH

Building Work Construction of Storage Accomadation (made up of RCC framed structure as per codal provisions) of size 18.00 Mtr X 9.2 Mtr as per arch line drg. The structural design of bldg needs to be prepared and also to be vetted from NIT or IIT by the contractor. Certificate from IIT/NIT in their letter head needs to be in conjunction with codal provns and submitted by the contractor before execution of the wk. Design criteria: The structural shall be designed in accordance with relevent IS Provns/NBC code/ extant govt guidelines suitable for Leh, however, some of design criteria are listed as under: (a) Seismic Co-efficient:As per Seismic Zone IV. (b) Snow load :As per IS codal provn applicable at Leh. (c) Wind load :Equivalent to wind speed of min 55 mtrs/sec or as per relevent IS applicable at Leh. (d) Roof slope: as per design requrement. (e) Design load: As per IS 875/Relevent IS provn. (f). Design of fdn as vetted by the auth as mentioned above. (g) SBC of nearby area is roughly 12Ton/sqm at a depth of 1.5m . However, Contractor shall untertake actual SBC of site and shall be approved by GE in case the SBC is less than 12Ton/Sqm the fdn design shall be accordingly modified and shall be got approved from GE . The quoted rate is deemed to incl this aspect. (h) The FFL should be 450mm above the GL and subsequent filling and PCC work must be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (l) RCC Work of M30 Designmix should be considered in Leh Area. (A) Dimension Data. (a) Length : 18.00 M. (Inner Wall to Inner Wall) (b) Width : 9.20 M. (Inner Wall to Inner Wall) (c) Height : 4.70 Mtr from FFL.

(B) Foundation shall be designed by the tenderer and quoted rate is deemed to include the same (Design Cost). All the items i.e. Exavation for foundation/PB, removal/refilling of soil, PCC Work in fdn, Reinforcement/RCC work, formwork are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. Quoted rate is also deemed to include necessary vetting of Structure duly signed and stamped from any IIT/NIT of the structural drawing prepared by the approved structural design consultant of tenderer. (C) Column : shall be designed by the tenderer and quoted rate is deemed to include the same (Design Cost). All the items i.e. Reinforcement/RCC work, formwork are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. Quoted rate is also deemed to include necessary vetting of Structure duly signed and stamped from any IIT/NIT of the structural drawing prepared by the approved structural design consultant of tenderer. (D) Beam (Plinth Beam, Lintel Beam & Room Beam) & Roof Slab : shall be designed by the tenderer and quoted rate is deemed to include the same (Design Cost). All the items i.e. Reinforcement/RCC work, formwork are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. Quoted rate is also deemed to include necessary vetting of Structure duly signed and stamped from any IIT/NIT of the structural drawing prepared by the approved structural design consultant of tenderer. (E) Wall: Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (For thickness of wall ref arch drg). (F) Rendering : (a) External Rendering 15 mm thick (in two layer of 10 mm and 5 mm) on precast concrete block masonry/Concrete surface in cm 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, using water proofing compound complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. NOTE: WPC should be added as per manufacturing instruction or 3% of weight of cement. (b) Internal Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of precast concrete block masonry surface in cm 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (c) Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of roof slab, soffits of slab surfaces in cm 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra coment complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item.

(G) Flooring : 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring over incl 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the flooring and incl rubbing and mirror polishing complete over sub base : 75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough over Hardcore 100 mm thk : (Broken stone boulders) of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface over rammed earth filling under floor are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (H) Roof Treatment: APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including 20 mm thick plaster in 1:4 incl WPC as per manufacturing instruction complete all as specified are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (J) Plinth Protection : 50 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 over 75mm thk hardcore (broken boulder) n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (K) Chajjas: RCC chajjas to be provided as per details in arch and structural drg are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (L) Window/Ventilator: (a) steel window with side hung shutter including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel pegstay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded as per specification, complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (b) Sheet glass 4.0 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (M) Rolling Shutter. Steel rolling shutters 1.25 mm thick, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated and incl Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters, complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item.

(N) Finish (Internal & External) : (a) External Wall : Preparation of new surfaces of walls/concrete and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of priming paint complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (b) Internal Wall : Preparation of new surfaces of walls/concrete and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (c) Ceiling: Preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (d) Steel Surfaces : Preparation of new steel surface and applying two coat synthetic enamel pait over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. Note: (a) Anything missed out above but reqd as per arch line plan for construction of functional structures is deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra claim shall be admissible. (b) Yard stick of bldgs as above to be provided by contractor before payment.

Site Clearance and development and Hard Standing Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed in Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points, complete all as per specified and as directed.

M & for 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 nominal mix, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub bases of floor complete all as specified.

Providing and Laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design &pattern as in footpath, parks, lawn, driveways or traffic light parking etc of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould ,laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Providing type B1 1:2:4(20 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in roof kerbs, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, all as specified ad directed.

Ramp M & L broken stone hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. (For Ramp)

100 mm thick Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete in filling and mass concrete, all as directed and specified.

75 mm thick Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete in filling and mass concrete, all as directed and specified.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure double door for DB’s SPN 8 way 240 v having 200 A rated bus bar completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F MCB SPN 32A, 240V – 10KA all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for point wiring for one light/Fan/bell point controlled by one switch one way in & including PVC conduit or casing and capping as per site requirement using FRLS PVC unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core ISI marked for one light/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover over PVC/ wooden Box for earth continuity insulated PVC unsheathed (green colour) 1.5 copper earth wire connected to common earth dolly using completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note : (a) wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 450m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix SLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor rating 1100 volts cross sectional area 16 Sq mm 2 core 1100 v laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts of fixed to walls/ poles completed all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, Earthwork, sand cushioning, GI pipe protection, PCC Cable cover shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Excavation, in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m in width and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying under ground cable and getting out complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each, filing back in trenches after laying of cable and tested complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance exc 50 m but not exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the sarting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable with clean dry sand locally available with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified & directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23 cm as mentioned in Para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm ISI marked for protection of LT cable 1.1KV complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Tubes, ‘light grad’, galvanized, with all fitting; 32 mm dia laid in trenches or fixed to wall/pole for cable protection, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road/PCC/hard standing for laying of UG cable/pipe line and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.
