Providing and fixing of PVC Panelling of super heavy incl all fixture as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Providing and fixing of roller/Zebra Blind of good quality to ensure completely opaquely with zero light transmittance including all fixtures ( As directed by engineer in charge)

Supply of wall cladding tiles of regd. Size & shape in ratio accordingly (as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Supply of gypsum false ceiling tiles of required size, shade & thickness (as directed by Engineer in Charge )

Supply of mineral fibre false ceiling tiles of required size & shade (as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Providing and fixing of artifical green grass mat flooring of good quality (as directed by Engineer in Charge)

Up gradation/modification in Nirvachan Bhawan building J&k Jammu (All items covered in the JKSR-2022 with appreciation/depreciation) Item found necessary at site, not covered in SSR-2022, shall be paid on LMR/Analysis of rates, whichevere is less, with approval of Engineer in Charge (Estimated cost 6.65 Lacs)

Up gradation/modification/repair of electrical Gadgets as per latest schedule items ( Bidder has to quote appreciation/depreciation on latest schedule of rate for unforeseen item ) ( Estimated Cost Rs.0.50 Lacs)
