Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic, coloured tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 sqm in floors & skirting, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350 x 250x 7mm or 450mm x 350mm x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 for receiving the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick, baroda green stone, machine cut laid over & including 15mm thick average thicknesss) cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade on kitchen plateform, RCC Counters, stairs, window sill and similar situation like incl making hole for gas pipe as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for making holes into or through concrete slabs/ stone slabs 150 mm long for 25mm dia pipe as in cooking plateform, incl making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending specially for columns, hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia welding as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames having profile 105 mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates made out/fabricated of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, threshold bar/ flat etc. including for one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, water proof shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to received gauge/ glass etc, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC frames having profile 75mm x 50mm for doors with one rebates homogeneous fine cellular structure having density of 550 smooth outer intergral skin with suitable metal stiffners and fixed with 100 x 8 mm sheet metal screws complete all as per Manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made, solid PVC moulded door shutter 28mm to 30mm thick (stiles) with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded pre-laminated PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm pre-laminated PVC sheet on back with particle board core fixing in frame at site as per specifications & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made, solid PVC plyboard 20-22 mm thick as in cup board shelf/ door, sagfree thermal and electrically insulated, light weight wrap free, impact resistant, fire resistant, termite resistant, chemically resistant and smell free complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete exc 15cm thick, any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for and removing all demolished material/ debris out form the defence land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregate) as in sunken filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to SUNKEN PORTION and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc complete all as specified as under:- (a) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) after roughning and cleaning the surface mixed with Water Proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions. (b) Curing the sunken portion with water for minimum 48 Hrs by ponding. (c) Paste one layer of 3 mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions. (d) Joints/ Traps/ WC/ soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound as specified.
