Dismantling of 450 mm. Dia size kirloskar make sluice valves (01 no. of delivery side & 01 no. of suction side), 600 mm. Dia size NRV’s flapper with flapper lifting Arm and 120 HP Kirloskar make MF 30/35 model type Pump of TEPH Pump set no. 04 with 150 HP, 1440 RPM, 3 phase induction motor and Carting of same from site to workshop and carry back to site after repairing including loading & unloading charges etc.

Fabrication, S/F of GM valve seat (02 Nos. for flapper side and 02 Nos. for Body side) as per sample of Suction side Sluice Valve.

S/F of S.S. 304 Spindle as per sample of Suction side Sluice Valve.

Fabrication, S/F of GM bush as per sample for spindle Rod of Suction side Sluice Valve.

Making Compatible fitting of flapper with body seat followed by lapping & grinding process of Suction side Sluice Valve.

S/F of Gland Plate and Filling Gland etc of Suction side Sluice Valve.

S/F of Packing & Fasteners of Suction side Sluice Valve.

Hydraulic testing of Suction side sluice valve’s Seat at workshop.

S/F of S.S. 304 Spindle as per sample of Delivery side Sluice Valve.

Fabrication, S/F of GM bush as per sample for spindle Rod of Delivery side Sluice Valve.

S/F of Gland Plate and Filling Gland etc of Delivery side Sluice Valve.

Hydraulic testing of Delivery side sluice valve’s Seat at workshop.

Making seat groove in round shape flapper of required size including all machining and T&P required.

Fabrication & Fixing of Gun Metal Ring for NRV Flapper (inner side) as per old sample including S.S. Fasteners (08 Nos) as per sample.

Making seat groove in round shape NRV Body of required size including all machining and T&P required.

Fabrication & Fixing of Gun Metal Ring for NRV Flapper (outer side/body side) as per old sample.

Casting of NRV lifting Arm (Cast Iron) as per old sample with pattern making total material, T&P and labour charges.

S/F of rubber ring size ID- 600 mm., OD -800 mm. for NRV cover made from neoprene/ synthetic rubber.

S/F of M.S. Fasteners (6/8” size, 22 Nos.) for NRV cover as per old sample.

Repairing of Hydraulic cylinder by cleaning changing of “o” rings etc. complete.

Casting of Pump Housing of Pump Set No. 04 as per standards accordingly to Kirloskar Pump model MF 30/35 with pattern making total material, T&P and labour charges.

Opening of old damaged Pump Housing and Taken out all the Parts of it.

Re-Fitting of taken out all the parts of above Pump Set in newly casted Pump Housing including all necessary machining works as required.

Supply & Fixing of Fasteners of required size.

Rewinding of 150 HP, 1440 RPM Kirloskar Make Motor of TEPH Unit with suitable gauge copper wire with F class insulation normax paper sleeves and backtol (RED), Varnish etc. including total required material, T&P and labour charges.

Reconditioning of Bearing housing as per Bearing size with all labour & T&P etc. for above Motor.

S/F of Reputed make i.e SKF/FAG make Bearing No. NU-317, 6317 including all allied works with T&P and labour charges etc for above Motor.

S/F of Connection Plate & glass lead as per old sample for above Motor.
