Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as Construction of CC Road & Drain in the last FIVE Financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25) of value not less than Rs. 86.40 Lakhs. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level. The work done certificate should be obtained from competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in case of Government under taking .

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: executed in any one financial year, from the last five years(2020-21 to 2024-25) the following minimum quantities of work. Providing &Laying Of WMM/GSB/WBM in m3 1512.60, CC M20& above in m3 1370.34, Steel in tonne 0.71

Valid KPWD Class- III & above registration certificate.

The tenderer/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of Rs 86.40 Lakhs for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / line of credit / certificate from Scheduled nationalized Bank . The line of credit shall be in the prescribed format attached in Bid document

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under:Assessed available tender capacity (AXNX1.5 - B)

To qualify for award of this contract the bidder should have in the last five years i.e.( 2020-21 to 2024-25) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 345.59 Lakhs
