The compound shall be applied by sprayer only as per manufacturer instructions to ensure complete and proper coverage. Pump pressure should be maintained to give an even fine spray and Finish as per the manufacturer's specification.

Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of crack present at site over crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower. The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column to be repaired, there after sealing of exposed ‘V’ grove with solvent –free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface leveling mortar as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

PRESSURE GROUTING IN THE HONEY COMBED CONCRETE:- Providing and fixing grouting nozzles and injecting high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzles under pressures using grout pump to fill all possible and gaps left within concrete mass, all per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, the process shall consist of;- 1. Drilling Hole : drilling holes in structural members at the intervals as per recommendation of engineer in charge. 2. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. 3. Fixing of Nozzles : Insert 12 mm dia, 50-75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive. 4. Supply and apply a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout. 5. Cutting of Packers/Nozzles : Cut the packers by out of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. Make: Sika Sikadur 52/Fosroc CONBEXTRA-Ep 10 or equivalent of BASF.

Shear Connectors: Make 10/12 mm dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 m at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig-zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre-fabricated 100 x 50 mm L-shape 8 mm dia rebar using Anti corrosive protective coating so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend.
