Providing and Laying Wet Mix Mecadam using 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm graded metal, 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm graded metal and 0.396m3 of 2.36 and below size graded metal premixed with water to a densemass on a prepared subgrade / base to template in uniform 15cm Consolidated thickness and consolidation with Vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber rolling with protecting edges, etc completing with MORTH specification Clause 406.

Advance Patch work 13.20mm Providing Advancve Patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1 m3 of 13.20mm IRC Metal with 44kg of Bittumen per 1 m3 of Metal For Pre Mixing For existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric guage for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat seperately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application of bitumen for seal coat over premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat seperately over premix carpet etc. including higher charges and fuel charges for , bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc. complete as per of MoRTH Rev - V

Providing and laying Priming coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WBM/WMM surface (Preaped with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitu Emulsion (RS1)for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack coat over BTsurface using 2.00Kg of Bitu Emulsion (RS1)for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of vt 30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by vibratory/ pneumapic roller to the required density etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 CMP with bitumen tipper trucks, pneumapic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as clause 505 MORTH Rev-5.

Bituman concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 50.30 kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.
