Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required (a)0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design (a) In 75x75 mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes. (a) 110 mm diameter

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. (a) 110 mm

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured): (a) From brick work in cement mortar

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: (a) G.S. Sheet

(b) Asbestos cement sheet

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Uprooting of trees on exposed wall on any height upto floor V level i/c dismantling of wall /plaster etc. and after removal of root making good the wall,pouring of acid etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of R.C.C slab/beam/column i/c removing the damaged or cracked portion and cleaning the entire effected surface and then applying bonding coat prepared by mixing one part cement with one part of polymer (RBR) or equivalent with brush in thickness of 1.52 mm and final coat 6 mm to 8 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 c/sand ) mixed 12 ltr. of polymer (RBR or equivalent per 50 kg of cement and as per direction of E-I-C.of flushing cistern i/c replacement of any inserviceable part & making good for use etc. complete as per direction & satisfaction of E/I.

Brick work with available bricks recovered from demolishing of old brick wall in foundation and plinth in: (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Cleaning open surface masonry drain of size upto 20x30 cm by removing mud, silt sludge,garbage and carriage of sludge i/c loading , unloading by mechanical transport within 5 km from the municipal area etc. complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Cleaning of chocked manhole by bamboo and flushing with water and disposal of mud out side of municipal area all complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Cleaning of roof of all building situated in campus i/c khurrah and sweeping of all campus i/c disposal of garbage and waist materials from campus and disposed it out side the municipal area all complete as per direction of E-I-C.
