M&L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces (externally and internally including shelves etc) by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents and scratches, if any and filing the same with paste filler and applying a one coat primer and two coat of olive green/silver synthetic enamel paint to the following furniture items complete all as per drg and directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable nut & bolt of bed hard steel supply and fixing new nut & bolt complete all as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable threded welded strip at the age of long rail of bed hard steel supply and fixing threded welded strip complete all as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable particle board from head rest & foot rest of bed hard steel supply and fixing particle board 18/19mm thick both face lamination as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable PVC rubber shoe of leg of bed hard steel supply and fixing PVC rubber shoe as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged plywood top and supply and fixing new ply wood with nut bolt of sutable size, 12 mm thick commercial type, grade BWP complete all as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable nut & bolt of Charpoy IP hard top supply and fixing new nut & bolt complete all as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable threded welded strip at the edge of long rail of Charpoy IP hard top supply and fixing threded, welded strip rectangular type complete all as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged/ unserviceable PVC rubber shoe from leg of Charpoy IP hard top supply and fixing PVC rubber shoe as per drg and as directed.

M&L for taking out old damaged plywood top and supply and fixing new ply wood with nut bolt of sutable size, 12 mm thick commercial type, grade BWP complete all as per drg and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable/torn nylon newar/ plastic cane seat and back/PVC Shoes from existing chair and supply & recanning with new plastic cane 4mm wide 1/2 round of approved quality in seat and back all as directed irrespective of what is shown on drawing including painting the frame with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint before recanning including S & F PVC shoes to the legs comlete all as directed and rest all as per drawing.

SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER(FD- 281& 373)

M&L for taking out old broken/unserviceable arm of sofa set 5/4 seater and supply & fixing new arm of suitable size made out of Ist class hard wood (MP Teak) including preparation of new surfaces and applying high gloss French polish to match with the existing colour complete all as per drg and as directed.

M & L for removing old unserviceable foam cushion along with tapestry cloth of existing sofa set and supply & providing new 100 mm thick foam cushion, 40 density, size 520 x 560 mm duly covered with long cloth and leatherised rexin cloth /tapestry cloth not less than @ Rs 350 of approved quality complete all as per drg and as directed by engr-in-charge. M & L for preparation of old wooden polished surfaces by rubbing down the old polish from the wooden surfaces with sand paper, removing pluck marks with wooden scraper, cleaning of dirt and stopping holes by filling putty by adding colour of required quantity to obtain the desired colour, wiping old superfluous filler and allow to dry, rubbing off surface with sand paper until smooth surfaces is achieved, wiping off the polish from other than wooden surfaces with polish thinner and applying French polish as per manufacturers instructions till hight glossy finish as per instruction of Engr-in-Charge for the following furniture items complete all as specified and directed.
