Erection of metallic pole / steel tubular pole of length exceeding 10M but not exceeding 12 M in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and erection of stay galvanized stay set for 33KV over head line complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8M long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20mm X 600mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 100MM X 50MM X 6MM (9.56 Kg Per Mtrs) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 33KV overhead line complete with 50mm x 06mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying and erection of set of cross bracing FRL same work for 33KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabrication out of 65mm x 65mm x 6mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400mm width x 2800 mm height complete 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 100MM X 50MM X 6MM (9.56 Kg Per Mtrs) cross arm for two wire 33KV overhead line conductors complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins/fitting, bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 100MM X 50MM X 6MM (9.56 Kg Per Mtrs) cross arm for three wire 33KV overhead line conductors complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins/fitting, bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of double pole 03 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV/33Kv over head lines as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor DOG of 7/3.35mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc as required. (8 SPN X 50 M X 3 Wire) = 1200 Mtrs X 0.394 Kg / Mtrs. = 472.80 Kg. + 2% sagging + 2% binding & jumphering = 491.71 Kg.

Supplying and erection of 33KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I pin, nuts, washer etc as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11KV disc insulator for 33KV overhead lines with galvanized insulator fittings ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washer etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole / street light standard / strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of O/H lines comprising of copper / aluminum over head conductor G.I wire cross arms insulators etc as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 Graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) of specified size and shape including farm work. Plastering if required curing etc. as required. (volume of pole / pipe not to be deducted) (0.75 x 0.75 x 0.95) x 20 nos. of poles = 10.68Cum.
