NOTES :- 1. Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date. 2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay. 3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station. 4. If any painting works, contractor need to clean the area and remove the drop marks from floor, doors, windows, sills, inbuilt furniture items etc. otherwise a recovery of Rs 10.00 per sqm in internal paintings and Rs 5.00 per sqm for external paintings will be made from contractor. 5. Contractor should maintain separate registers for plumbing and carpenter repair works. Day to day complains should be noted in those registers with SI nos of complaints, location, qty of work, status of complaints and signature of incharge and stamp of the office. Format will be given from AGE B/R Office. Contractor should obtain the signature of incharge on the same day of work. These registers to be submitted to JE (Civ) on every weekend without fail. 6. List of complaints will be given to contractor on the first week of every month. Contractor should ensure all the works will be completed within that month itself. 7. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items. 8. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account. 9. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received. 10. Complaint for a similar items may be in scattered / different area, quoted rate will be considered all inclusive on this account. 11. Complaint is not attended by contractor, the penality per day Rs. 1000 will be recovered from payment of the contractor.

Taking down plaster from chajja/facia etc including dismantling of damaged concrete and repair the same with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 concrete on chajja of any width n.exc 60 cms, applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately) and applying two coat of cement base paint with primer to match the existing, finished even and smooth using extra cement with out extra cost all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F for GI powder coated snap grid frame work of size 600X600mm having Main Tee of 24X32mm, Cross Tee 24X26mm and L angle of 24X24mm for false ceiling along with Hangers 2 mm dia GI (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for False ceiling of 8mm thick gypsum ceiling tiles with front PVC laminated & back Aluminium foil, Ceiling board of dimension 595X595mm with calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre grid (Frame work of ceiling shall be measured and paid separately).Make:Diamond or Equivalent.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame all as specified and directed.

S&F Venetian Blinds roller type of any colour with three adjustment type (See through, Half shade, and Full shade) complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mac or equivalent.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid ,bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, bedded over cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing over 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15-20 mm thick Sadarahalli Stones slab (of any type), any colour, Polished bedded over cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description laid in any position and remove the debris out MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection in alternate bays not more than 3.0 mtr length with joints between panels is 12mm wide will be filled with1 part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC flooring work 40mm thick type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth using extra cement as directed.

Removing excavated/demolished material exc 250 m n.exc 500m or out of MOD land and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 km above the starting point.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling & terrazoo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Glazed Ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, along with rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 on brick /stone massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing the debris out of MOD land etc complete all as directed.

M&L washable paint including Hard plaster for application of Rebound Rasian Modified hard plaster system for squash court complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement)using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes, leaving premise,clean complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer & chalk whiting using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fitting, wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed Note :- Liquid water proofing compound to be measured under separate item as supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and finishing walls with two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Raking out and Raised Pointing of CM 1:4 joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in Cement or cement lime mortar as in directed.

M&L Finishing walls on Stone masonry with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which necessary for execution of work & protective measures including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fitting etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

Treat the leakages by doing pressure grouting, forcing PVC nozzles along the length of cracks in zigzag manner, Inject non shrink cementitious grout through PVC Nozzle in the slab by a grout pressure pump, Allow it top cure as per standard practice, Cementious grout shall have a compressive strength of 50 Mpa at 7 days, 65 Mpa at 28 days confirm to ASTM C 109:99 all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.
