Renovation of building of Veterinary Hospital at Chail Distt. Solan (HP).

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone filling / Soling under floor dry hand packed with hard stone of approved quality consolidated properly with hand or mechanical rammer to required level as per HPPWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Anchor bolt 20MM dia complete in all respect including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing steel work in trusses builtup section complete in all respect i) In grating ralling, brackets, ladders and similar works complete. Base plate 10mm Thick including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position with Hard/ Sal wood in all floors level, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately kail wood 25 mm including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half Brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) in Ist class bricks in Super-structure for all floors in all heights including curing complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40 x 3 mm(forty into three millimetre) flat iron hold fast 40 cm(forty cetimetre) long including fixing to frame with 10 mm (Ten millimetre) dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x15 cm (Thirty into ten into fifteen) centimetre) in 1:3:6 (one cement :three sand :six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty millimetre) nominal size ). including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and pannelled and glazed door shutter( in Second class Deodar wood having Top rail 10x4 cm (Ten into four centimetre) middle rail 15x4 cm (Fifteen into four centimetre) and bottom rail 20x4 (Twenty into four centimetre) cm sash bar 4x4 cm (Four into four centimetre) below middle rail and above middle rail 5 mm (Five millimeter) thick glass)i/c black enammelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc comp. 40 mm (Forty Five millimetre) thick as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm (Zero point fifty six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestory windows including second class deodar wood ornamental beading 20 mm × 12.5 mm (Twenty millimeter into twelve point five millimeter) section including bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm (Thirty millimetre) thick First class deodar wood as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (Fifteen millimeter) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty millimeter) in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20 mm X10 mmX2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20 mm X5 mm size with top and bottom rails of T.iron 40 mm X40 mm X6 mm with 38 mm dia steel pulley complete with bolts and nuts locking arrangements, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in woodan frames of windows etc. With M.S. flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Plain grill as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand paper and knotting complete as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with ready mixed paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. with ready mixed paint other than White paint.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces, under coat with eith enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foregin matters including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. with ready mixed paint other than white.

Distempering (Two coats) with Ist quality oil bound washable distemper of Asian paints or equivlant of approved shade and manufacture on ceiling/slopping surfaces and undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plaster wall surfaces to give an even shade incluiding thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foriegn matter and sand papered smooth incluiding applying of putty a required for metling the surface, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
