Construction of structural shed for Equipment storage yard of SP-2 in Sinter Plant

• The Bidder (sole or consortium) should have carried out similar work (s), under Govt./ Semi Govt. Organization/ PSU/ Municipal Corporations/ Civic Bodies or Corporate Sector (Public Ltd./ Private Ltd.)/ Autonomous Body/ Joint Venture Company where at least one partner is Govt. Organization/ PSU, during the last ten (10) years as on date of issuance of NIT: Similar Works: Similar work is defined as “Structural Work/ Civil & Structural Work/ Civil, Structural & Electrical Work” having structural weight of 35MT. Three (3) similar completed works and the value of each shall not be less than Rs. 70.18 Lakhs or Two similar completed works and the value of each shall not be less than Rs. 87.72 Lakhs or Single similar completed work and the value shall not be less than Rs. 140.36 Lakhs In case of consortium (Maximum two members can be allowed), members may jointly provide the credentials to fulfill the above criteria.

• The Bidder shall submit the self-attested documents showing experience as per the responsibility matrix for each member of the consortium, as applicable, should be submitted by the bidder to establish their eligibility, as mentioned in Sl. No. 1 above. a. Copies of Memorandum of Agreement and Responsibility Matrix b. Self-attested copies of work order (s) / any other letter of award of work or contract document/ Purchase order(s) (Issued by the concerned authority) c. Self-attested copies of Commissioning Certificate/ Completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Execution Certificate indicating value of work done/ completed or any other documents issued by the concerned authority corresponding to 2(b). d. In case Work Completion Certificate is not issued or work is not completed, RA bills paid or any other document (s) evidencing value of completed work may be considered.

• The average annual financial turnover of the sole bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 shall be at least Rs. 70.00 Lakhs.

• In case of bidder being consortium, the average annual financial turnover of each individual member during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 shall not be less than 70.00 Lakhs X % of scope of work in value in terms of total contract value declared in consortium Agreement. However, the average annual financial turnover of consortium (taken together for all the consortium members) during any three financial years out of the last four financial years shall not be less than Rs. 70.00 Lakhs.

• Bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of above or certificate of turnover and net worth issued by a Chartered Accountant containing the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

• Net worth of the bidders should be positive in the preceding financial year i.e., financial year ending 31st March 2023, as per Audited annual accounts. In case, bid is submitted by the consortium, Net worth of each member of the consortium should be positive in the preceding financial year i.e., financial year ending 31st March 2023, as per Audited annual accounts.
