Part A

Sub Head-I - FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Addressable Dual Loop Card: SITC of Addressable Dual Loop Controller capable of serving 125 Detectors and 125 Modules per loop, so that the entire card shall be capable to serve 250 Detectors and 250 Modules, the card should be UL Listed and it shall be suitable to EST3 Addressable FA System i/c interconnections, testing complete etc., as required.

Addressable MultiSensor Detector: SITC of Addressable analogue multisensor/multicriteria type, UL Listed photo cum thermal detectors with solid state design, indicating LED, mounting base, mounting bracket etc., base box, loop in and loop out gland as per requirement and detailed specification. As per following position:

a) On False Ceiling/ below False flooring/ On Real Ceiling

Supplying and fixing of MS box of size 150mm x 150mm x 40mm, with suitable size MS cover for accommodating multisensor detector including painting the box with approved colour paint, making holes on the cover plate for taking the wires etc., as required.

Supply & laying of 2 Core x 1.5 Sq.mm armored FRLS copper cable on surface/recess for looping the devices & providing power Supply to sounder cum strobes etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of "U" clamp made of MS flat of size 20mm x 3mm, for mounting the above MS box including cutting welding painting with approved colour paint, including fixing the clamp to the flooring etc., as required.

Manual Call Point: SITC of UL Listed Manual call points with NO/ NC contacts slim type with pull type/ break glass with reset lock & Key arrangement suitable for addressable function etc., as required.

Electronic Hooter cum strobe : SITC of electronic hooter cum strobe having three distinct sounds with addressable relay module and strobe light with minimum 85 db from 1Mtr distance etc., as required. (UL listed)

Addressable control modules: SITC of Addressable control module complete with junction box etc.. for control options for Hooters & for other control options like PA evacuation, Access Doors opening, the precision package Air Conditioners trip, gas release etc., in case of emergency, as required. (UL Listed)

Addressable monitoring modules: SITC of Addressable monitoring modules complete with junction box etc., to monitor status of other systems etc. as required. (UL Listed)

Fault Isolator Module: SITC of Fault isolation module to electrically isolate different sections of detector loops (for every 20 detectors/ devices) as per detailed specifications etc. as required. (UL Listed)

Response Indicator: SITC of Response indicator having twin LEDs for mounting on false ceiling/ wall at the entries of the cabin for indicating the operation of detectors in the above false ceiling/ below false flooring detectors etc., as required.

Portable fire extinguisher: Supply of CO2 type (4.5kg) wall mounting type fire extinguisher with hose of suitable length including first charge/ refilling & providing hook, hose clamps and with ISI mark on the extinguisher etc., as required.

Emergency Exit signage: SITC of Emergency Exit signage with 3 hour battery backup etc. as required.

Glow Signage: SITC of Glow signage for Fire Extinguisher & Way to exit. Photo luminescent sheet of 1-mm thickness.

Re-Commissioning of existing Fire Alarm System panel of M/s GE, EST3 model along with re-programming after replacing the above faulty modules and as per the CDR III location requirements including testing the gas release logics, cross zoning, checking of inter connections, testing etc., as required.

Sub Head - II :FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

Providing and fixing the following items for reconditioning of the system, suitable for M/s Kidde Fire Suppression System i/c interconnections, testing etc., as reqd.

a) SITC of LED type display sign board flashing "EVACUATE GAS RELEASED" .

b) SITC of LED type display sign board flashing "DO NOT ENTER GAS RELEASED" .

c) SITC of Manual release switch.

d) SITC of Manual abort switch.

e) SITC of two zone Gas Release Panel to connect Manual Abort/ Release switches. The Panel shall provide Potential free contacts for First knock, second knock, trouble/ Fault Status. The Panel shall be Complete with Red Colour Housing, Power supply unit, Battery charger & batteries including interconnections, testing with FA system & Suppression system etc., as required.

Sub Head- III : ASPIRATING SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM (VESDA)

Design, Planning & SITC of Single channel Fire Alarm Aspiration system with coverage up to 250sqm and sensitivity range 0.00029% obs/ft to 6.25Obs/Ft, ultrasonic flow sensing and chamber air flow monitoring for precise system healthy information, dual source optical smoke detection technology, event log up to 18000 events, etc., as required. Make: M/s Xtralis, System Sensor,Notifier or SS Make

SITC of power supply unit along with suitable rating battery capable of giving backup for 30 Minutes including fixing, interconnections, testing, complete as required.

SITC of electronic hooter cum strobe having three distinct sounds with addressable relay module and strobe light with minimum 85 db from 1Mtr distance etc., as required. (UL listed)

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of capillary sampling point, and ASD accessories as per specifications complete as required.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipe of 25mm dia for aspiration (sampling) , tying to the existing supports, i/c necessary accessories like, Tee, Bends etc as required.

Sub Head - IV : RODENT REPELLANT SYSTEM

Design, Planning & SITC of Transducers/ Satellites suitable to receive signals from the existing digital controller and capable of converting them in audible signals etc., as required as per the specifications. (Make : M/s Maser (Torrent) or SS make)

Supply and drawing 2 core flexible (14/40) SWG multistranded copper wire in the existing PVC conduit for connection between controller and transducers etc., as required.

Supply and fixing of 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit medium class on the ceiling using clips/ saddles at suitable intervals, including removing the false ceiling tiles, making suitable arrangement to climb above false ceiling for fixing the pipe making good the damages done to the false ceiling etc., as required.

Supply and fixing of MS stand suitable for repellent controller including grouting making good etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of MS box of size 150mm x 150mm x 40mm, with suitable size MS cover for accommodating transducer including painting the box with approved colour paint, making holes on the cover plate for taking the wires etc., as required.

PART –B AMC of FAS & VESDA

Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 2 Zone EST3 Fire Alarm Panel along with detectors, repeater panel, hooters, control, isolation modules and accessories i/c attending preventive maintenance schedule and break down maintenance with autherised representative, replacement of required spares for restoration to normal working condition and providing service report etc., as required

Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Aspiration Smoke Detection System supplied under PART-A, SH-III i.e VESDA System serving for CDR III, all accessories, Power Supply unit and capillaries i/c attending preventive maintenance schedule and break down maintenance with authorized representative, replacement of required spares for restoration to normal working condition and providing service report etc., as required (AMC Period Shall be reckoned after expiry of one year warranty period)
