Providing/Fitting of 4 core, 35 Sqmm armoured aluminium cable for connecting servo stablizer to Change Over panel to Main panel of lift

SITC of electrical Changeover panel comporising of 4 Pole 100A MCCB (36KA Breaking capacity) as incommer, Manual change over with 100A bus bar and 4 Pole 63A MCCB- 1 No. (36KA Breaking capacity) as outgoing for Lifts provided in a powder coated CRC enclosure.

6.1.5: Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6.

13.1.1: CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

13.29: Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

13.49: Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable cement priming coat to give an even shade

Providing and fixing ACP sheets (3.00 mm thickness) in aluminum framework on all door sides with neoprene gasket, binding on all frame work.

Providing & Laying integral Cement based water proofing (Injected type) treatment including preparation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645. After proper curing apply a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound. The job includes finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement morter of mix 1:4
