Taking down Chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description not exceeding 1.50 Sq. m each and making good the disturbed Surface in CM 1:4 & finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified

Taking down Chowkhats with shutters without taking of shutter from the frame of any description exceeding 1.50 Sq. m but not exceeding 4.00 Sq. m each, and making good the disturbed Surface in CM 1:4 & finished with similar specification as exists, complete all as specified

S&F for Pressed steel frames 125X60mm (made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete as specified.

S&F for Pressed steel frames 105X60mm (made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete as specified.

S&F factory made 35mm thick flush shutters , solid core construction with block board core and plywood face pannel commercial type on both faces complete all as specified.

S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood glazed and skelton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, (without sash bars) edges for framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1 section 8 clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
