Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar and removal of debris outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of aluminium partition / windows of any size and any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris to a distance exc 1 Km out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1,(using 20 mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of 25 mm thick as in leveling course ,finished surfaces even and rough to receive floor finish complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm to 8mm in vertical surface as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with color of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motor 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in skirting/dado over & including backing coat plaster of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & jointed witht grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite of 18 to 20mm thick, work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling at any height using integral densified calcium silicate, reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise reduction co-efficient) of minimum 0.5 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Light reflectance of minmum 85%, non-combustible as per BS : 476 (Part - 4), fire performane as per BS : 476 (Part 6 & 7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.05 W/m K as per ASTM 518 : 1991, fixed in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per square metre on both sides), comprising of main - T runner of size 24 mm x 38 mm of length 3 m, cross - T of size 24 mm x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 mm x 600 mm, Grid suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per square metre) i.e., 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diamter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 mm x 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm. S&F for powder coated aluminium frame and shutters for doors, windows ventilators and in partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4.8 mm thick tinted sheet glass, fixed to aluminum frame work in panels n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in cup board shutters / aluminium partions etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty in repairs .

S&F in repair for door closer hydraulically regulated aluminum (dia cast) body, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of foliage on accessible / non accessible upto six storeyed roof top, mud cakes, rain water pipe outlets to ensure to pass the water through RWP with out any stagnation, etc including proper arrangement of ladder, scaffolding if required and cleaning with water and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Removal of silt, leaves, vegetation from drains of any depth and width including taking out cover slabs of any thickness and placing back and making good the finishes and removal of sludge outside MD land complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates)as in foundation filling and mass concrete,sub base etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment including Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/ hardstanding etc finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats, 5mm thick in CM (1:4) including mixing of water proofing compound as a second coat over first coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs, Angular stop cock, fancy type, with chromium plated wall flange, cast copper alloy, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule,15mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.
