M & L for aluminium anodised suspended false ceiling fixed in repairs in the panels of size consisiting of 600x600 mm lay in tiles 8 mm thick with PVC lamination on the face side and metalized polyester film on backside as granular pattern of saint gobain/Armstrong /equivalent; with aluminium anodised angle 30 x30 x 2 mm fixed along the wall and main and cross tees of size 31.75 x 31.75 x 1.6 mm screwed along side of walls fixed with wooden plugs and hanging from existing slab/ steel truss including 6 mm dia GI wire suspended adjustable level from rafter purlins(length as per site requirement) including complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for making/ cutting opening in the ceiling of the required size and shape for fixing light fitting, cat walk and provision of neccesary scaffolding for complete work at maximum height of 8mtrs etc, complete all as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete, and material & labour for 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm including exterior wall care putty over new surfaces Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also deemd to be include for the provosion of dubbing of the surface and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.and applying all as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement

M&L for structural repairs to Columns,beams and slabs and chajja at maximum height of 8mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc. completely all as specified and as directed. upto maximum height of 12 Mtr

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WC bath toilet kitchen etc executed in following stages stage 1 providing 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr fixit or shalicrete R of STP ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturers instructions stage 2 Application of 1 st coat of tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces Stage 3 Application of 1 st coat of tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1kg/sqm by brush all as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 4 Laying fibre glass cloth ( weight not less than 50 gm/sqm) over 1 st coat while the coated surface is still sticky Stage 5 After 6 to 7 hours iterval, apply second coat ie final coat of tarflet LM of STP ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1 kg/sqm by brush as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 6 Providing 10 mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250 ml/50Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7 Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Notes: (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid.

M&L for Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge and providing complete surface preparation prior to further application using wire brush the surface ,ensure complete crack filling using polymer modified mortar of Dr Fixit Crack -xX Paste, Dr Fixit Crack -X Shrinkate of Shaliseal CPM from STP Ltd ,allow to dry it for 24 hrs afterwards wet the surface , brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr Fixit Primeseal or equivalent primer ,over that brush apply 1 coat of water proofing coating over the primed surface , over that over lay a open woven fibre glass mesh , min 40 GSM of size 2 mm x 2 mm & allow it to soak completely and immidiately apply the second coat of Dr Fixit New coat , Water seal concerntrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products, Shalicryl 215 of STP Ltd with a roller , to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Note: The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.

M&L for Providing waterproofing treatment as specified below and at any height of roof surface including removal of watertank, plumbing line during waterproofing making good if any holes and refixing the same as directed by Accepting officer and Engineer in charge complete 1) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge 2) M&L for averaging 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type -B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregated as in padding concrete of roof mixed with WPC in the proportion as recommanded by the manufacturer(s), complete all as specified and directed, 3) M&L 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) with WPC when the concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed. 4) M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a). The roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried upto and cleaned overall foreign material and dust to receive primer. (b). The dry surface shall be primed with Torch shield primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane. (c). Providing and laying APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-before. (d). The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on butane application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. (e). The APP membrane shall be taken up to minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant.

M&L for Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing Prepolished Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser/treads/landing of steps,in full piece with bull nosing and laid over cement screed and jointed including Screed/backing coat 15mm thick in CM 1:3.

M&L for Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing coloured 450x300x6mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the colour of tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with nthe colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing coloured vitrified tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with nthe colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, not exc 4 Sqm each with wooden/ flush/ PVC /aluminium shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame) including taking down of hold-fasts by cutting/chasing etc from existing surfaces and also taking down of grills (where exists), complete all as specified and directed and S&F standard aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron and colour shall be as approved by GE ) as in frame, shutters for doors, window / ventilators, partitions, fixed / openable / sliding or in any pattern, cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including rubber beading or gaskets for fixing glass, provision of hinges, screws, plugs, handle, lock, roller, Nylon ball bearing etc complete all as specified and directed (Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco) Note:- Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. Cost of other items / accessories required for entire completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes and wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.

S&F aluminium anodised Grills of approved design for window / Bolcony ventilators and fixing with F/U channel for window, ventilators, balcony openging in architectual or rectangular type in existing building with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, , including drilling as required in RCC sections, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Grills shall be of Model DG-102/DG-104 of Make Deco or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

M&L for 4.8mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/rubber beading in square/rectangular size as required in each pane for Partition/Door/Window/Ventilator and similar works etc.

(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). including providing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant.WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall beacceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. WPC frame should be matching with shutter and any type of laminate approved by accepting officer is deemed to be included in the qouted rate Size of shutter for each frame will only be considered for mode of measurement.
