Disconnecting, discharging the 33 KV supply opening the connection HV and LV side of 5 MVA 33/6.6 KV ETE make transformer.

Complete servicing, overhauling & repairing of OLTC of 33/6.95 KV 5 MVA transformer removing and cleaning of carbon from contact from OLTC for all 17 step tapping, providing & fixing of new contact of OLTC in place of damaged and burnet contact, complete overhauling of mechanism for proper operation of OLTC.

Repairing of oil leakage from radiator, top cover, HV & LV bushings and oil filtration of 5 MVA, 33/6.6 KV transformer ETE make serial no. 10459 at Substation no. 3

Transformer testing 10 delta of binding, resistance, IR value, ratio and short circuit testing of transformer serial no. 10459 at Substation no. 3

Trial and testing of 33 KV and 6.6 KV breakers contact resistance, measurement, closing and tripping time and IR value, relay and CT testing by primary injection and protection etc. for transformer sr. no. 10459 at Substation no. 3

Preparing & fixing of copper terminal stud of size 1"x12-1/2" long with 2 no nut and 2 nos. washer 1 no. locking pin for fixing secondary copper stud for 33 KV/6.6 KV HT transformer at Substation no. 3

Preparing & fixing of copper terminal stud of size 1"x 6-1/2" long for 33 KV HT transformer at Substation no. 3

Re-connecting HV & LV side connection of transformer and taking IR value and complete checking, testing and trial of 33/6.6 KV 5 MVA transformer at Substation no. 3
