Supplying and straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding and tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works with all cost, conveyance & taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires and laping of MS rod will not be considered for payment & payment will be made on weight of M.S.rods or Tor steel only).as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash brick in superstructure using 25cmx12cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength not less than 35kg./cm2 with dimensional to lerance 2% in c.c. (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation & plinth, basement & for ornametal flower heads plinth moulding & similar such type of works with all necessary projection, cutting, moulding, corebelling, chamfering, watering & curing including cost, conveyance, royalties & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification * direction of the E.I.C.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with approved grade cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonary walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. completer with cost, conveyance, loading, unkloading, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. doors, windows & grill gate of approved design and fixing in proper position including making holes in walls, R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structure including mending or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm with cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials, all labour taxes with all T&P etc. complete in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of Vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joint with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including polishing, rubbing etc. including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing of Vitrified tile in dado in force treade or steps and including on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joint with net cement slowray mixed with prgment to materials the shades of tiles including rubbing & polishing etc. with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
