Taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within any lead including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension,FPVC gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.(i) Casement cum fixed panel window having both end single casement panel, middle fixed panels and at top completely fixed ventilator with S.S friction hinges (350 x 19 x 1.9) made of (big series) frame 74x62 mm , sash 75x62 mm , & mullion 75x62 mm all having wall thickness of 2.2 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium/upvc door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm.) including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing and fixing M.S grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws Plain grill including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat)on new steel and other metal surfaces with aluminium paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of the dirt,dust and other foreign matter including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 square meter under and upto 10 to 15 mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and re-plastering the surface of wall including disposal to the dumping ground within any lead with. (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand)including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Removing white wash or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scrapping sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete. including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within any lead. un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Precast checkered tiles hydraulic compressed 22 mm thick with marble chips of specified sizes laid in floors, treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) incliding rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades:- GREY. including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.
