Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, for ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fiber,pulp,insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets,any thickness,including cover fillets

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc & prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
