The hot water generator shall be of 100 KW capacity Multi Heater Bank made of MS sheet and dish end made of MS with heaters arranged in in banks and controlled by electronic controller and thermostat so that hot water is generated at 70 Degree C with nominal variation including necessary controls including inlet and outlet connections for water as per specifications complete with water drain line with necessary fitting, air purging valve on top, pressure release valve, low level cutout, auto vent sight glass foundation for HWG as per specifications complete as required and including connected items required for installations complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing Soak Cord, kerfed edge, fabric wrapped magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panel of size 600 x 1200 x 25 mm, for Ceiling, Density 400 kg/cum, weight 10 kg/sqm installed by using strut framework system with non-visible fasteners using Strut H-Spline. The Strut ceiling framework system shall include Strut WC25 wall channel, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55 mm, length 3600 mm, unequal flanges of 20 & 30 mm and web of 25 mm, fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300 mm centers. Then suspend strut MC45 main channels, fully knurled sectional thickness 0.8 mm length 3600 mm equal flanges of 15 mm and web 45 mm from soffit at 1200 mm centers with Strut SA25 fully knurled suspender angle with sectional thickness 0.55 mm, unequal flanges of 25 mm & 10 mm. Strut CC 25 cross channel fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55 mm, length 3600 mm, web 35 mm depth of 20 mm and equal flanges 9.5 mm each fastened to the strut MC 45 perpendicularly at 300 mm centers PVC vinyl core UV treated H spline having sectional thickness 2 mm and length 2400 mm to be fixed perpendicular to the cross channel CC25 at 600 mm centers. The kerfed edge strand ebony panels shall be then inserted into the H spline along their long edge of 1200 mm agist framework to perfect fit with staggered short edge. The system is back lined with acoustical infill Synth PF 10 x 25. The Strut ceiling framework system shall include Strut CC50 cross channel having thickness 0.7 mm, length 3600 mm, knurled web 50, depth 50 mm and equal flanges 15 mm each fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600 mm C/C. H spline having sectional thickness 2 mm and length 2400 mm to be fixed perpendicular to the strut CC50 cross channel at 600 mm centers. The kerfed edge fabric wrapped panel shall be then inserted into the Strut H spline along their long edges of 2400 mm against framework to perfect fit with staggered short edges. Note: - Thickness is given for bare panel. 04 mm for cord fabric (fabric colors as per choice) The system is back lined with acoustical infill Synth PF 10x50 held in position with wire mesh. S & F 15 mm wash basin mixture, centre hole, mixing hot & cold water, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe etc and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
