Supply, Laying & Fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid on wall/ duct or floor including necessary clamps, cable lugs, glands, accessories etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Automatic Phase sequence corrector 30 HP motor protection with due proof, vermin proof duly powder coated enclosure. Protection IP-54 with no breakdown of lifts, 3 phase system due to change in phase sequence. Complete with phase sequence relay, Contactor, timer, MCB, indication light, connector terminal etc including necessary wiring and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The rate for comprehensive maintenance during Defects Liability Period (DLP) of two years is included in the quoted rate of Schedule 'A' Part-I.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF INTERCOM SYS FOR 3RD (THIRD) YEAR AFTER DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD Annual comprehensive maintenance of server based IP-PBX Exchange complete system & related items including all defective parts Voltage Transformer, steel casing enclosure for hands free operated with high gain amplifier telephone set, battery 12 volts 7 AH, MDF , Caller ID (CLI) card for exchange, Analog Line extention(ALC) card exchange complete and system fully functional complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge .

NOTES FOR ITEM NO: 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 above. Location : Kirby Place,Kabul line,Short Range,Tigris Road & Karam Vihar (i) AMC will commence from next day after completion of Two year defect liability period. (ii) The maintenance & repair under this contract shall be done through OEM . (iii) The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa directed by Engineer- in -Charge. A copy of AMC agreement from OEM will submit fifteen days before from the date of Phase-II commencement .No Payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of Wi-Fi intercom system by regularly and systematically examining as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. Cost of all spares items are deemed to be included in the above rate.

(v) Contractor should send Telephone Mechanic to attend/ rectify the complaints for all the locations during 0800 Hrs to 1800 Hrs as and when complaint is lodged for breakdown on call basis for any No of times during the month. (vi) Contractor should rectify the minor defect within 8 hrs and major defect within 24 hrs after receiving the complaint from user/ MES Rep. failing which a penalty of Rs 1000/ per complaint per day shall be levied upon contractor. (vii) All minor/major spares for instruments (i.e. Phone handset, car set type hands free intercom set, steel casing enclosure for telephone set,MDF crown,CLI card, ALC card, battery etc) are included in the above quoted rates (viii) Monthly Service report duly signed by OEM, and Contractor to be submitted to deptt, failing which a penalty of Rs 5000/- per month.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF DG SET WITH AMF PANEL DURING 1ST (FIRST) YEAR OF DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of DG Sets with AMF Panel & related items including preventive maintenance checks of engine and alternator for trouble free function as per recommendation and attending break down / complaint as and when required basis, Monthly maintenance are regular basis complete with Preventive Maintenance ('B' check) twice a year inclusive replacement of required necessary minor spares and replacement of Filters such as Fuel filter, SLO by pass filter and lube oil filter complete sets along with rectification of minor defects and cleaning of air filters/breather, coolent tank with blower and material & labour for filling/topping up and replacement of engine oil /coolant and tuning of engine for DG sets of following Capacity. a) 200 KVA DG Set -01 No b) 82.5 KVA DG Set -01No c) 62.5 KVA DG Set -01 No

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 above. (i) AMC will commence from next day after completion of Two year defect liability period. (ii) The DG Sets maintenance & repair under this contract shall be done through OEM . (iii) The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa directed by Engineer- in -Charge. A copy of AMC agreement from OEM will submit fifteen days before from the date of Phase-II commencement , failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action shall be taken as per policy in vogue on account of contractor’s default. No Payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of DG Sets by regularly and systematically examining as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. Cost of all spares items are deemed to be included in the above rate.

(v) After monthly maintenance, the work to be certified by JE (E/M)/Engr-In-Charge on Job Card. (vi) Cost of materials and labour included with Comprehensive Maintanance. (vii) The contractor should submit the monthly test report of DG Sets conducted by the OEM with in first week of every month to the Engr-in-Charge, failing which recovery of Rs. 2000/- per DG Set per month shall be deducted from contractors dues. (viii) The contractor should send Technician to attend/ rectify the complaints for all DG Sets during 0800hrs to 1800 hrs as and when complaint lodged for breakdown on call basis for any No. of times during the month. (ix) Contractor shall be responsible to monitor the followings of all DG Sets during Comprehensive Maintenance and contractor shall detail one supervisor to moniter DG set daily and submit weekly once of running Hrs, fuel consumtion and function of each DG set ,the report to concerned Engr-in-Charge/ JE E/M, the cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
