Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric cable of any size and description from trenches/ pipe/duct including protection bricks and setting aside for reuse or measurement for credit purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying jointing and testing of 16 SQMM PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor single core airport light cable of 5 KV grade conforming to IS 1554 Part-II 1981 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches through pipe under culvert or in air cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty 1100 volts grade stranded aluminum conductor size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete specified and directed.(Note –necessary excavation and returning filling ,sand cushioning and bricks protection shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Labour only for removing/refixing AMA LED Elevated Heliport Light and checking serviceability of AMA LED Elevated Heliport Light ,Isolation Transformer and Primary/Secondry connectors with the help of suitable equipment and reassemble the same after replacement of unserviceable componnent and testing complete all as specefied and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Unserviceable components like Isolation transformer,LED Light,Primary connector and Secondry connector will be measured and paid separatly under below mention schedule

Periodical inspection by qualified team for LED Elevated Heliport Light system complete installed at Patiala cantt incl repair/ replacement of unserviceable/ defective accesories if any and as mentioned below: 1. CCR Panel 8 kVA, Make: NASU systems year of installation 2018 2. Underground cable 16 SQMM PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor single core airport light cable of 5 KV grade: Approx 2400 RM 3. CI housing boxes and LED Elevated Heliport Lights with connected componnents like Isolation transformer,LED Light, Primary connector and Secondry connector: 54 Nos Note 1 : Contractor should inspect the system once in two months or as called upon by Engineer- in -charge. The inspection and repair should incl complete testing of system, rectification of faults occured due to moisture etc incl taping of joints minor repair of the CCR panel. Stores for insulation and water proofing incl tapes, water proofing compound are deemed to be incl in this item. If any Major repair is required the same is to be informed by the contractor alongwith cost to be occured. Unserviceable components like Isolation transformer,LED Light,Primary connector and Secondry connector will be measured and paid separatly. Note 2 : Contractor is advised to visit the complete site prior bidding. Contractor should visit the site upon notification within 24 hrs. Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic street light control switch single phase 5-8 KW 40 Amps using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming out going MCBs should be enclosed pole/wall mounted thermo plastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP 66 protection class 2. Taking out motor from base frame and transporting into local workshop for re-winding of CF / Monoblock electrical motor by disconnecting electrical & mechanical connections, opening the motor , removing all burnt out coils, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with supper enameled copper wire / insulated copper winding wire as per the existing gauge, replacement of bearing and fan incl reassembling, testing and commissioning of electric motor on full load capacity of 5HP, three phase 415Volts 50 HZ including repair to pump by replacing unserviceable bearings of existing size and lathe work if required and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv ) Reassembling the pump and motor and reinstallating in the installation including to and fro transporting charges upto approved workshop (v) Paint to pump and motor with one coat of synthetic enameled paint matching with existing colour of motor.

Engr-in-charge approval shall be taken before declaring any part as defective. Re-winding of Non clog submersible electric motor of capicity 5 HP by opening the motor , removing all burnt out coils, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with PVC insulated supper enameled copper winding wire of same as existing gauge and reassembling , testing and commissioning of electric motor on full load for 4-6 hours continuous running.
