Supply, erection, Testing and Commissioning of electrical driven end suction back pullout Main Fire pump capable of delivering 2850 LPM, at an head of 90m and giving a jet pressure not less than 3.5 kg /cm² at the highest/farthest point suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following, complete in all respect as required:- (a) Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal conforming to IS 1520. (b) Suitable HP squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC, synchronous speed 1500 RPM, suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC Supply with IP 55 protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class-'F' insulation, conforming to IS 325. (c) M.S. fabricated Common base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts etc. as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric driven pressurization(JOCKEY) pump suitable for automatic operation, capable of delivering 180 LPM at 70 m Head and consisting of following, complete in all respect, as required:- (a) Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal conforming to IS 1520. (b) Suitable HP squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC, synchronous speed 1500 RPM, suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC Supply with IP 55 protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class-'F' insulation, conforming to IS 325. (c) M.S. fabricated Common base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts etc. as required.

S&F 250 mm dia MS ERW pipe heavy duty welded joint together with fittings such as bends, elbow, tee equal, short pieces fixed on walls duly supported with clamps, wall hooks wooden plugs with other accessories including cutting through walls/floor and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & installation of MS 'C' class (heavy) 150 mm dia pipe hanging on the roof/wall with required support with clamps, rods including welding/joints, elbows, tee, flanges, sockets, nut bolts etc. painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint fire red colour over a coat of primer with wrapping coating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for excavation by trenchless boring technology for holes under road pavement, hard standing using ultra sound technique and engaging necessary machine including HDPE pipe ISI marked of dia 200 mm suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed Note: HDPE pipe and marking good the disturbed surface shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes as in hard/dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve 150 mm dia flanged CI body both end drilled confirming to IS 14846-2000 type class 1.0 PN with ISI marked including jointing materials such as Y-strain, gun metal valve at risers, rubber insertion gaskets, nuts and bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix non return valve 150 dia bore with by pass arrangement, double flanged' CI body, drilled, with ISI marked including jointing materials such as rubber insertion gaskets, suitable size of nuts and bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve conforming to IS 13095, 150 mm dia(6") complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve conforming to IS 13095, 100 mm dia(4") complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Yard hydrant Post / Stand Post 80 mm Dia GI / MS both flanged type 1.5 m Height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 63 mm dia instantaneous pattern oblique single headed internal hydrant valve complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 meter long 63 mm dia controlled CP Hose pipe with gun metal female instantaneous coupling as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 meter long 63 mm dia controlled RRL Hose pipe with gun metal female instantaneous coupling as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4-way Fire Brigade connection having 63 mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150 mm dia flange outlet conforming to IS 904 with blank cap and chain with necessary pipe and flanges nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3-way Fire Brigade connection having 63 mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 100 mm dia flange outlet conforming to IS 904 with blank cap and chain with necessary pipe and flanges nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F draw out connection 100 mm of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm dia bore reinforced rubber of length 36 m fitted with 6.35 mm dia nozzle with a ball valve. The hose reel shall be recessed swinging type with reel drum hose provided with necessary couplings complete all as specified and directed..

S&F Air Release Valve of 25 mm dia including 25 mm dia Ball valve with fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressure gauge 4" dial 0-14 kg/sqcm rating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F differential type pressure switches for operation of fire pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/through pipe/wall/pole/under road/ducts 120 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade laid in trenches/through pipe/wall/pole/under road/ducts 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep and top edge of plate not less than 1.25 mtr below ground level and connected to GI earth strip size 32 mm x 6 mm fixed by means of nuts bolts etc., connected to earth test point surrounded by packed alternative layers of charcoal and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom complete all as shown in plate No 3 of MES SSR, connected to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including provn of PCC chamber 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways as in reinforcement, necessary excavation, earthwork, returning filling and testing on completion etc. all as specified and directed.
