Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including brushing neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement per sq.m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for white nonskid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1sq.m but not exceeding 2sq.m each and refixing in the same opening including necessary adjustment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood, glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauge, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm size butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodized and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exceeding 1.5Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plaster work 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side lathing finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
