LIST OF WORKS FOR PERIMETER WALL WORKS
Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundations etc or manholes, cesspits etc or laying of cable not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil and getting out in complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 metres wide and exc 1.5 metres but not exceeding 3.00 metres in depth, for foundations etc or manholes, cesspits etc or laying of cable not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil and getting out in complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) using , type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and foundations of poles etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) as in foundations, including raft footings, foundation plinth beams, bases of columns and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 metres span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for roughcast plaster over 10mm thick under coat on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of provn/ providing grooves (horizontally & vertically) of size 25mmx12mm all as shown on Drawing and as specified. (ii) Rates quoted shall be inclussive of under coat (10mm thick). (iii) Trowel groove of size 25mmx12mm shall be provided at the juction of wall and RCC column of beam and the cost there to shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by contractor.
Material and labour for roughcast plaster over 10mm thick under coat on other than fair faces of brick surfaces in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rates quoted shall be inclusive of provn/ providing grooves (horizontally & vertically) of size 25mmx12mm all as shown on Drawing and as specified. (ii) Rates quoted shall be inclussive of under coat (10mm thick). (iii) Trowel groove of size 25mmx12mm shall be provided at the juction of wall and RCC column of beam and the cost there to shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted by contractor.
Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing MS work such as angle iron, post, flat iron in fencing including cutting tops and making double swan neck i.e. 'V' neck and including welding with proper overlapping, drilling holes, notching for wire etc embeded in concrete fixed vertically, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins (Each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls (security wall) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply Install , testing and commissioning LT Distribution Panel (CPRI Approved) cubicle type IP-56 , Outdoor type conforming to IS 61439, factory fabricated made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders . The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coated heat shringable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ epoxy insulator . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extersion links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC/ Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/ interconnections shall colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 45 CM long 4 legs of size 50 x50 x 6mm angle iron , grouted in PCC 1:3:6 as directed by Engr-in-Charge . A detacheable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphating treatment , front & back opening type, and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plate with letter , figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have lourvers and airvent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following . Note:- (i) LT Panel board should be as per IS/ IEC 61439 Part-I & II Type test certificates for 4000 Amps with Breaking capacity not less than 65KA. Panel builder should submit all certificate before the Drawings approval. (ii) Platform for the feeder pillar board with PCC 1:2:4 15 Cm thick in foundation, Brick (Sub Class B) work in CM 1:6 ,rendering 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting legs of panel . The platform shall be of 600 mm height above ground level and minimum 400 mm below the ground level. Note. Rate for the same included in the quoted rate.

Notes for Srl Item No. 50 & 51:- (a) The unit rate shall include for GI protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel and excavation, RCC pit cover, test point, galvanised iron wire/ strip with protection pipe from top of earth plate upto 5.0 metres above ground level and if GI protection pipe is less than 5.0 metres, no price adjustment shall be made. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 50cm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) If the testing result of earthing work is not found satisfactory then the contractor shall do another earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. (d) Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative.
