PROVISION OF SIMULATOR ROOM FOR AGNIVVERS OF THE RAJPUT REGIMENTAL CENTRE AT FATEHGARH

Design ,fabricate ,supply ,errect,construct and execute provision of simulator room as per architectural drawing and incorporting LGSF ( Light Gauge Steel Frame) Strucure technology based on drawing & design to be submitted by the contractor duly vetted by IITs/NIT & approved by the department including all fittings & fixtures complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) Design parameters of LGSF stucture shell be as per PS and schedual 'A' Notes. (b) Following items mentioned under srl no. 1.01 to 1.03 here in after shall also be included in lump sum rate quoted

M&L for Foundation and Sub Structure :- (i) Foundation with RCC grade M-25 (Design Mix) meeting the parameters of relevant IS Codes viz 1904, 2911,456 etc as applicable, reinforcement for RCC shall be as per IS-1786. (ii) Sub structure with RCC grade M-25 (Design Mix) as per IS 456. Reinforcement for RCC shall be as per IS -1786. (iii) Aggregate for RCC of foundation and substructure shall be as per Zonal specification of HQ CE Lucknow Zone. (iv) Foundation and substructure shall be conforming to recommendation of IS1893. (v) Plinth height shall be 450 mm (average) from NGL (Natural Ground Level). All necessary civil works for setting up the superstructure including layout, excavation,backfilling in building upto plinth beam,ATT in all stage ,RCC foundation ,plinth beam complete all as specified and directed Internal Wall Cladding -12.5mm (minimum) thick gypsum board over 8mm (minimum thickness) Fibre Cement Board type B. The hollow wall space between the cement boards will be provided with rock wool insulation complete all as specified and directed External Wall Cladding will consist one layers of 8 mm (minimum thickness) Fibre Cement Board type A for external use. Providing and fixing EIFS finishing system on external face of building consisting of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) 25mm thick fixed to FCB both mechanically and with adhesive.Base Coat with modified polymer based synthetic cement compound reinforced with synthetic fibre mesh. Top Coat stuccos applied in two coats, the scratch and brown coats applied with Acrylic weather coat finishes to provide protection and beautify the finished wall system. Wall Insulation : The framed structure will be filled with 50mm (minimum) thick rock wool slabs of density 48kg/m3

Flat Roof :- Providing and fixing GI decking sheet minimum 0.8 mm thick in trapezoidal profile having profile depth of 44mm with reinforced cement concrete of grade M-25 design mix. The total thickness of the slab shall be 100mm. Chemical waterproofing solutions shall be provided in flat roof as applicable for LGSF structure or as specified in tender complete all as specified and directed. Sufficient arrangements for water drainage using gutters, downpipes etc to be provided. False ceiling Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights 12 mm thick GRG (Glass Fibre with reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture with self-drilling/tapping screws/fasteners of approved make including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended filler, jointing tapes and finisher as per manufacturer specification and including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut-outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge including painting complete all as specified and directed. S& F for DOORS, WINDOWS & VENTILATORS:- The doors will be uPVC door alongwith fly proof door for mosquito proofing. Supply and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels). Mild steel (MS) frame with MS grill shall be provided for security purpose. The ventilators will be of powder coated aluminium glazed ventilators top hung type with fixed net for mosquito proofing. Toilet and Misc: Supply& fixing for HDPE water storage tank of capacity of 1000 Ltr in double layer with ISI mark and providing ,fixing and laid 15 mm & 20 mm bore CPVC pipes for internal water supply line from water tank to various water connection points as per required for toilet block EWC(02 Nos) with flusing cistern of capacity 10 Ltr ,wash basin with CP pillar tap (05 Nos) and half stall urinal (04 Nos) with partition including all nacessary cp fitting and waste water drain out pipe complete all as specified and directed as per toilet detail drawing.

Surface excavation in any type of soil avg 15 cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete etc complete all as specifiedand directed

Providing and laying Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggt) as in kerb stone/Coping etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for laying of under ground cable foundation of pole and stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, water ing and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI / GI pipe line 50 mm dia for insertion of tee of size 50 x 50 x 25 mm for branch connection including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe GI medium grade including fitting 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix gun metal globe or gate valves, 25 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Concrete bed width (Outer diameter of drain pipes plus 400mm) and thick 150mm in 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying Reinforced concrete pipes, 200mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with Sub Class 'B' brick,old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc complere all as specified and directed

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grades stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match

M & L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Mild steel bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M & L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 100 mm bore cast iron pipe soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC bed in (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel of drain including providing necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement including forms,moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 25 cm thick ( 10 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) and 18 cm for punned thickness (8 cm before laying the cable and 10 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only puned down volumne shall be measured.

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub bass 'B' brick laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified andirected.

Supply and laying galvanized iron pipe light grade on road drain, culvert, roof and wall of dia 50 mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix servo voltage stablizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stablized at 415 with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and of capacity 75 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanzied steel strip 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galvanized iron or steel earth strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and directed including PCC work as per sketch No.3 of SSR part-I (2009) pit cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50 mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering charcoal and slat in alternate layers including necessary earth pole and excavation in hard / dense soil and removal etc including testing complete

Supply, installing, commission and testing hi wall split units indoor / outdoor Air conditioner cooling type both complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air purifier humidifier air filter and dust filter for bettter indoor air quality with minimum BEE approved minimum 5 star rating invertor type all and EER 3.2, Electric driven single phase 220 volts AC 50 Hz, R-410A refrigerant of capacity 2.0 Ton, inverter type, noise level should be less than 45 DB including copper piping of adequate size and required length as directed duly insulated with suitable insulating material e.g. glass wool, plywood, moulded thermo coal etc including antibacterial coating complete with steel bracket for condensing unit and copper cable of suitable size for making electric connections, including necessary fixing arranagement (indoor unit at suitable place and height inside the room and outdoor unit at site place outside the room) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Suitable piping shall be provided of adequate length of size 5/8' for draining icondensate water from indoor unit, Cost of same shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b) Cost of metallic bracket and nut bolt for fixing indoor and outdoor unit including necessary cutting grouting in walls by cutter and making good the surface in CM 1:3 and to the original finishes (white wash / colour wash / distemper) shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher and warranty card. Minimium warranty should be 1 year for complete product. 10 Year for compressor, 5 year for condensor and PCB card after installation and commissioning of complete unit.
