REPAIR / REPLACEMENT FANS, EXHAUST FAN, WALL MOUNTED FANS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE(I)

Disconnecting and taking down fans in any specification (ceiling/ wall/ exhaust / industrial air cerculator etc) carefully for replacement of Unsv spares/ painting / re-location / open to body for re-winding incl removing to burn out winding cleaning prepairing for painting etc and taking safe custody for re-fixing etc complete all as site required and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate shall be included cost of transportation charge from site to workshop and back(if required). (ii) Required spares shall be measured against respective items.

M&L for re-fixing to fan in any specification repaired under above item No 1 on given location with fixing accessories and making connection using three core flexible copper cable drawn through in PVC flexible conduit pipe incl cleaning oiling/ greasing/ replacing minor spares as condensor/ connecting cable / Top plug / rubber packing washer/ fan canopy / mouting clamp with nut bolt washer etc complete all as directed.

M&L for painting to fan (ceiling / wall mouting/ exhaust / industrial air cerculator) body with sweep , stand etc all ,using shenthic enamel paint in two coats (one as finishing) over one coat red oxide primer spray by spray gun after removing/ scraping /cleaning to old fadded paint layers making smooth surface and Sr No marking in different colour with std size of letter complete all as directed. Note : Colour of paint shall be approved by Deptt.

M&L for re-winding to burn out winding of wall mounting / air cerculator/exhaust fan motor size of sweep upto 650 MM single phase electric driven heavy duty in any specification using super enamelled insulated copper wire with insulated material , varnishing, heating in existing qty, gauge, no of turns etc incl removing burn out winding repacement of bearing ,packing , bushes nut bolt washer , re-assembling as same etc all complete making serviceable as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement under mentioned spares suitable for fan (ceiling/ wall/ exhaust / air cerculator /desrt cooler etc)) in any specification/ make /model etc in original manufacture complete. Make ; As per sample

Ball bearings No 6200 /6201/ 6202/,6203/ 6204 incl greasing / packing etc complete all as specified and directed by engg-in-charge.

Heavy duty rubber seal/ packing washer in round shap.

Blade set for Ceiling fan 1200 mm with titing screw.

PVC sweep/ blade set for wall mounting fan/ air circulator 450-650 mm with titing screw.
