All MCCBs will have adjustable microprocessor O/L, S/C & inbuilt E/F protections.

Set of RYB phase indicating lamps with control MCBs on each outgoing to be provided. Each backed up with 2A MCB.

The active section andpassive section shall work in sync to give optimizedoutput. The degree of protection of passive sectionshould be IP 42, and of active section should beminimum IP 21.The switching device for APFCpassive section should be through capacitor dutycontactor and for the active compensation systemshall be IGBT based with 3 level topology having 12 IGBT in inverter circuit. The active compensation system should filter harmonics from 2nd to 50th individual harmonic order and shall be selectable for the entire range. The active compensation systemshould have feature to improve PF correction andharmonic filtration having response time < 100 Microsecond. AC supply system fabricated in complartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, doors of 1.6mm thick sheet & 3mm thick for glands plates having 4B segregation and IP 42 protection i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 9 tank process for powder coating of approved shade & colour, short circuit withstand capacity of 31 MVA for 1 Sec. bottom base channel of MS Section not less than 75mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 50mm x 6mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 Sqmm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half having knock outs for cable glands of required size, .Panels shall be suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50Hz supply system and with 20% spare space, lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. (Panel shall be as per IS/ IEC 61439 (part 1 & 2) type tested from CPRI/ ERDA/ ASTA/ DEKRA i/c. Seismic Compliance Zone-IV and should be internal arc tested at 50KA for 0.1-0.5 sec. as per IEC 61641. Panel should also have minimum mechanical impact strength of IK09 as per IEC 62262). "( LT panel for essential services )
A ) INCOMER
i) 1 Nos. 800A, 50kA, Air Circuit Breaker Horizontal drawout type of fault breaking capacity 50KA (Ics=lcu =Icw =100% for 1 sec) upto 690V) MDO Motorized operated, fitted with interlocked door, automatic safety shutters, mechanical ON/OFF and service/ test/ isolated position indicators and frame earthing contact, conforming to IS-13947-2 1993 as amended up-to-date complete with following accessories for each ACB(780 AMP Load in whole building)
ii) Independent Electrical/ manual spring closing mechanism - 3 Nos.
iii) Microprocessor release(EMI & EMC certified) for over current, earth fault & short circuit protection - 3 set.
iv) calibrated Intelligent multifunction digital panel meters of class 0.5S accuracy with communication interface port RS 485 for recording Volts (Between Phases and between each phase and neutral ), Current (In each Phase and neutral), KVA, KW, KWhr, KVAR, pf, 64 samples/cycle, Total harmonic distortion, with suitable rating CTs etc. complete with wiring, connections etc.
v) 6 Nos. Phase indication LED lamps with 2 Amp back up MCB, breaker 'ON/ OFF' indicating light with 2A MCB, test terminal block set, circuits as per standard practice, auxiliary contacts for positive interlocking of the breakers as required.
B) BUSBARS
i) 1200 Amps capacity TPN aluminium extensible type main bus bars & auxiliary Bus Bars of suitable capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/ SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 36kA capacity
C) OUTGOING
i) 2 Nos- 250 Amps FP MCCB, 36 KA thermal magnetic based release(O/C & S/C) protection.
ii) 1 Nos- 400 Amps FP MCCB, 36 KA MCCB thermal magnetic based release(O/C & S/C) protection.
iii) 2 Nos- 63 Amps FP MCCB, 36 KA 4P MCCB thermal magnetic based release(O/C & S/C) protection.
iv) 6 No-125 Amp FP MCCB,36 KA thermal magnetic based release(O/C & S/C) protection
