PROCUREMENT OF AIR PRE HEATER SEALS

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The intending bidder should have supplied AIR PRE HEATER SEALS worth not less than Rs.1.43 lakhs in a single Purchase Order in any one year during Five financial years (2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) to 210MW or above Thermal Power Station . As a proof bidder shall upload the original scanned PO copies

The intending bidder should be a manufacturer of AIR PRE HEATER SEALS. As a proof the bidder shall upload valid registration certificate issued by competent authority in case of manufactures.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.2.86 lakhs for any two years during the last five years. As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
