Supplying and fixing by drilling holes and not by puching for Roofing with pre painted Galvalum sheet of 0.47mm thick of best approved quality with required size with curved shape and white ridge sheet with necessary bolts and nuts bitumen washers, including cutting the sheet to the required size found necessary during execution etc., Complete complying with standard specifications. [The sheet should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works]

Supplying fixing and errecting of steel roof trusses and roof truss purlins fixing for G.I. sheet roofing using MS. L. angle of size 50x50x6 mm raffter, Tie angles and MS angle of size 50x50x6mm for sturts and MS plat of size 12 mm thick for fixing G.I. sheet. The purlins using MS L. angle of size 50x50x6 mm shall be properly anchored to the supporting super structure and fixed in concrete at wall and spacing of purlins are to be arranged to use the standard size or sheet and spacing should not execeed 1680 mm and free over hang at eves should not be more than 400 mm, the cleats shall be wellded to the trusses firmly and fixed on the down stream side of purlins. The ridge purlins fixed at 77 to 115 mm away the apex of the roof.

Preparation of site plan, physical layout, Electrical line schematic diagram in 10 sets getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation of completion report, rectification report and arranging CEIG Inspection and obtaining safety certificate preparation of 1 set of approved drawing and a copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work to be fixed in generator room and payment if CEIG inspection fees.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Supply and Laying of 4 x 10 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and clamping of 4 x 10 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Providing fuel oil to run the set for 8 hours on load testing and commissioning using water rheostat or suitable leading element. First charging of fuel oil to full capacity and first charging of battery while handing over to department.
