Construction of light gauge steel framing prefabricated structure including architectural, structural design and erection along with all electrical and water supply/plumbing fitting complete in all respect as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge Details of item to be executed for the laboratory are defined in para “Details of item” of this NIT. Wherever details are not available in para “Details of item” the same should be adopted as per other para of this NIT and relevant IS code provision as per directions of engineer-in-charge which shall be final and binding to the agency. Above item of LGSF Structure includes all component of work required for making the structure functional and habitable, good comfort including civil work of foundation and raising platforms with plinth level.
