Repair to 10000 GPH x 300 meter head pump no. 2 installed at pumping station Rakh Badali. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor , unfastening the pump from base frame , suction and delivery network , shifting the same using tools and tackles, manual labour and mechanical transport to workshop. Job includes dismantling of the pump and repair by way of extracting the worn out parts and providing and fitting of new parts .providing and fitting of new oil cooled brass bush 2no. , diffuser 3no. , impeller 3no. neck ring 3no. , diffuser bush 2no . Job includes repair to damaged shaft by way of repair of pump shaft by remetalling with SS welding ,turning and polishing to exact size. Repair to suction and delivery by drilling and tapping. Job also includes fitting of repaired pump and transporting the repaired pump from workshop to pumping station and coupling of pump with the motor by making proper alignment .job also includes providing and filling up the housing with lubricating oil and then testing the pump set on full load. Also job includes providing and fitting of 80 mm dia cast steel sluice valve on the delivery end of pump set no. 1 in place the Old worn out valve by way of proper fitment with the help of proper welding and flanging etc. . Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges, of tools ,tackles etc.
