Removal of stumps & other deleterious matter in the propose site including constant water pumping for bailing out water from the existing pond

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, cost of shorting and bracing , removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and Bottom, back filling the excavation earth to extend required.

Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

White washing with lime on wall surfaces (one coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and other foreign matter.

Plantation of Devdaru plants with good shape and well developed, height 2.15m after preparing pits 0.50m x 0.50m x 0.50m with rotten cow dung/compost inse4cticides, fertilizers etc. total length of the road = 107.00 Rm (west + 65.00Rm (south) = total 172.00m = 279.00Rm gap between 2 plants = 2.00m so the total requirement of plants = 47 nos. @ Rs. 850/ nos. (as per quotation approved rate)

Plantation of different verities shrubs – flowering plants, foliage etc in gardening areas of temple and stage campus, mussendra ixora, rose, dwarf chandni, allamanda, ruallia, exocaria, duranta cuphea, croton, arealia dwarf, thuja compacta, golden Christmas, tagar, hibiscus (jaba), bongain, villeaetc, will be planted, those are healthy and will developed plants.
