Earthwork for foundation : KSRB 2-2.2: Earthwork excavation for foundation of buildings, column pits, culverts, water supply, sanitary lines and electrical conduits either in pits or in trenches, in hard soil not exceeding 1.50 meters in depth, including dressing the bottom and sides of pit and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead up to 50 meters after breaking of clods etc., complete including cost of labours and HOM of equipment complete as per specifications. Removing existing soil: Removing existing soil from the sunken toilet portion with all lead and lift, HOM etc., complete as per specification.

Dismantling of door shutter: Dismantling of Door shutters from the frame stacking neatly at the site, including cost of HOM, labour etc., complete as per specification

Dismantling of stone masonry: Dismantling laterite masonry in cement mortar; removing, transporting and disposal of the debris with all lead (within the campus) and lift; stacking the materials available for re-use at departmental store including transportation charge etc complete.

Dismantling Mosaic/ glazed tiles/ ceramic tiles/ cudapa in flooring: Dismantling ceramic tiles /Mosaic/ glazed tiles/ / cudapa tiles in flooring or wall dadooing, removing and transporting the debris with all lead and lift, stacking the materials available for re-use at departmental store including transportation charge etc. complete- in all floor levels
