Resurfacing of approach road and internal roads of Bhatkal Lighthouse station.

Amount

Construction of Coursed laterite stone masonry in super structure above plinth level and upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) as required or as directed including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 Cement, 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm normal size) for approach road of lighthouse from mandir to main gate of Lighthouse including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete work in Internal Road & Pathways etc. 100 mm thick with 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including laying, compacting, curing complete with all materials, tools, labours etc. as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement.

15 mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level, including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1 : 4 including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing two coats with water proof cement paint of approved brand (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger), 1st quality and shade over exposed surfaces of walls and r.c.c. coping over one coat of primar at all heights to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface with sand paper, wire brushes/ scrappers to remove all dirt’s, spots, loose pieces of scales/ softened paint, cleaning with fresh water, preparation of surface with filling the holes by applying putty etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joint @ 3.00m c/c of size 1.80 cm X 7.50 cm including cost of all materials, labours, tools etc. complete.

Supply of potable water for construction work, curing work and daily use of work party at Bhatkal Lighthouse Station including cost of water, transportation by tanker, storage as and wherever directed. (3 % on 60% of Total of Item No. 1 to 5)
