Description of Items :

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers exceeding 20cm in depth and if required to excavate the excavated soil, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, all lead up to site requirment and all lift.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead in the campus as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge and lift upto 2.0 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep, including C.I. cover with frame ( heavy duty) 560 mm internal dia total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 208 kg ( weight cover 108 kg and weight of frame 100 kg) With common fly ash brick F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 10.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) up to haunches of PVC pipes including bed concrete as per standard design : 150 mm diameter PVC pipe

Providing and laying underground drainage (SN4) PVC pushfit pipe fitting of dia 150. mm with proper jointing make of Ashirvad or equivalent. Fitting are bend, tee, y tee, etc

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All works upto First Floor 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Grading roof for water proofing treatement with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Grading roof for water proofing treatement with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including neat cement punning

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster with 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) finished smooth with neat cement punning .

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Supplying and filling at all level with coarse sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supply and filling of stone agreegate of 40 mm, 20 mm and 6 mm size at all level.

Supply and filling of Brick bats not less then of size 100 mm. 10% voids will be deducted.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 mtr above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area cleared.
