Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cm 1:3 on ceiling finished even & smooth W/O using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/conc surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar jointed with ditto as per item above & including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (as approved by GE) 18 mm to 20 mm thk work (table rubbed & polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like ,machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Marble slab (of any type & any shade) as in shelves, cooking platforms etc, bedded jointed and pointed with white cement sturry including cutting & polishing, 15 mm to 18 mm thickness laid over & including 20 mm thick Screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ractangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface laid over & incl 15 mm thk screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 21 above but on skirting over vertical surfaces & including 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Light shade Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Ditto all as per item no 23 above but as in skirting over vertical surfaces & including 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
