M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using cement concrete 1:3: 6 Mix, Type C1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 including demolition of PCC block masonry and removal of debries from out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers (10mm and 5mm thick) mixed with water proofing compound with 5mm thick layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (Powder) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cm (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint (white or tinted) over priming coat on exterior wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. M each including getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Mix, Type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of RCC/PCC post or similar type of works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry etc., and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
