Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using anodized aluminum snap grid frame work. Including Hanger 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete. Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60 x 60 cm size, fixed on snap grid 12mm thick confirming to IS 2095, 2995 Part I fixed with 25mm dry wall screws @ 230 mm C/C with screw driver to match surface attachment. Finally board have to be joined and finished to have a flush look using jointing compound/tape as per manufacturer instruction. With Designing as per direction in two steps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F for Mild steel ,plain black sheet of minimum 0.8mm thickness for Hoods cover for Rolling shutters;cladding to door shutters/Hangar doors ; water tank platforms etc with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including ,bending, turning up, mitred angles , stopped ends,outlets,etc. as required all as sprcified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Cutting holes in brick/stone walls in mud/cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing surface batten type point wiring of aluminium for Light, fan, Sockets, power sockets, stair case light point complete with switch socket regulator , bracket fitting etc and making good disturbed surfaces for wall, floors etc as directed by Engr- in charge. including sorting out serviceable and unserviceable light fitting and keep serviceable fitting in safe guard for reuse as required on site.

Taking down the sub main wiring of any dia / sq mm on teak wood batten / PVC conduit GI earth wire all as directed.

S & F stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cmX30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in flooring, surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement completed all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and surface type PVC box, cover plate all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One 3 pin socket 5 A on independent board.

(c) One 3 pin socket 5 A on same board.
