Attending of complaints pertaining to faulty/Non-functional/working state of all accessories/equipments pertain to internal Electrification /ceiling fan/exhaust fan/DBs through telephone or in person during the working hours on detailment by MES Service centre for JCOs/ORs Md Accn of Hisar Mil Stn by deploying electrician and helper for locating and rectifying the faults which includes fault from Elect Meter/TPN/SPN DB onwards to Sub Main /Point wiring including replacement of fixtures like power and light socket, fan,exhaust fan, bell, security light of bldgs etc complete and carrying out repairs to the extent of disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires, submain wires, battens, bulk head lights conduits, boxes, Main switches, MCB, DBs, fan regulators, ceiling fans,exhaust fans and other E/M faults pertaining to particulars equipments for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantled serviceable articles complete all as directed. Scope of work shall include:- (i) Replacement of bulbs /tubes held by users which will be handed over the repairer if so required. (ii)Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make and any sweep at site, cleaning dust and opening up for examination, cleaning all parts and providing fresh lubricant to bearing/bush (oil or grease reqquired) fixing the fan in position after assembling and adjustment for proper running including testing for smooth running complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Installation of PVC canopy of Ceiling fan, blades of ceiling/exhaust fan, capacitor of any size for ceiling/exhaust fans, MS down rod for ceiling fan, frame and louvers for exhaust fans, hanging hook with washer,nut,bolts and rubber packing complete. (iv)The rate of job refers to maintaining the station internal electrification during the work excluding holyday /Sunday as directed by Einginner incharge . (v) The rate inclusive of maintaing daily complaint (point ) wise register/complaint slip etc signed by both parties or as directed by Engineer in charge (VI) The cost making good and matching the existing disturbed surface caused during these complaints shall be deemed to be included in this item . (VII) All the T&P required for excution of works shall be arranged by the contractor . (VIII) Cost taking down and ; removing and refixing of MCB DB,MCBs,LED Lights,switches,sockets,PVC blocks, Cover plates,bulb holder,junction box,fan regulator,capacitor etc item to; be replaced / repaired shall be deemed to be included in this item. Note: (i)Penality will be charged @ 250 Rs per day on absent of either mechanic/helper or Both. (ii) Cost of cable PVC copper flexible of size 23/0.0076 three core from ceiling rose to fan will be paid under appropriate item of schedule.

Dis-assembling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1200/1400mm sweep, cutting & removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size / gauge and weight not less than 325 gms including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing, replacing bearing and gun metal shaft required and reassembling back including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings provided shall be measured in this item and nothing will be paid extra on this account. (ii) Working space if required, will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair with in AGE E/M store yard premises (iii) If winded fan found unserviceable within six month of rewinding,contractor will repair the same without any extra cost. (iv)Cost of Machining work in body of ceiling fan by taking out worn out bearing, boring hole to accommodate ball bearings is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Cost of carrying ceiling fan from site to the workshop and refixing of the same after repair is included in this item and all T&P and vehicle cost will be born by the contractor in this regard (vi) Cost of shaft will be paid under appropriate item of Schedule.

Dis-assembling of exhaust fan of size 250mm/ 300mm AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz 900/1400 RPM for repair, removing existing burnt winding wire, bearing/bushes, flexible wire, shaft, check nuts, frame and rewinding with super enameled copper windings wire of suitable size and weight not less than 450gms and replacement of bushes, bearings, shafts, check nuts, bolts and washers, greasing, varnishing and reassembling back including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bushes/bearings, provided shall be measured and paid in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Working space if required,will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair with in AGE E/M store yard premises. (iii) If winded exhaust fan found unserviceable within six month of rewinding,contractor will repair the same without any extra cost. (iv)Cost of Machining work in body of exhaust fan by taking out worn out bush, boring hole to accommodate ball bearings is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Cost of carrying exhaust fan from site to the workshop and refixing of the same after repair is included in this item and all T&P and vehicle cost will be born by the contractor in this regard. M/L for Cutting of hole in existing wall for opning for exhaust fan and making good to faces where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges complet all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd to 3.15 mfd dry type for Ceiling fan make of capacitor : Epcos/Unistar/Usha/jyoti/supreme/Tibcon/Havells complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor 4 mfd to 6 mfd dry type for exhaust fan make of capacitor : Epcos/Unistar/Usha/jyoti/supreme/Tibcon/Havells complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the body, blades, down rod etc of ceiling fans of size 1200/1400mm sweep (any make) complete by rubbing with amery paper and filing in cavities with approved filler and applying one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Glossy white/ pale cream) on the body, blades, down rods and writing MES /Fan no with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only of rubber bush complete with nut bolt, fork hook and spilt pin, washer suitable for existing ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

Supply and fix in replacement Ceiling fan stator 48 inch sweep 12 mm copper winding including ,thick steel bolt with double nuts and locking pins and high quality rubber bushing to reduce vibration complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement rotor complete with copper winding suitable for 48 inch sweep ceiling fan all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix ceiling fan mild steel body set (upper & lower) with two set of bearings for ceiling fans of sweep 1200mm to 1400mm and any make and fixing in position complete.

Supply only PVC canopy set (upper & lower) for ceiling fans with of size 1200mm to 1400 mm sweep and any make and fixing in position complete.

Supply only of aluminium blades with fan blade screws of ceiling fan for any sweep( 1200mm to 1400 mm) & make complete.

Supply only MS heavy duty down rod of 15mm dia and 450mm length with necessary cutting / drilling holes and painting for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium blades with screws of exhaust fan 250/300mm sweep of any make complete.

Supply only frame including rubber bush and all accessories suitable for exhaust fan 250/300mm sweep of any make complete.

S&F in replacement Wall mounting Fan 400 mm sweep, 230 volts, fixed on wall with suitable size nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton/Havells/Bajaj

Supply only shaft for ceiling fan of sweep size 1200 to 1400 mm and fixing in position for smooth functioning of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement ceiling Fan 1200mm sweep 210 cfm Decoreted type with down rod , canopy, rubber reel etc including provision of three single core 0.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable connected from ceiling rose to fan and suitable size MS bolts, nuts for fixing ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement PVC flexible 3 core cable with copper conductor of size 23/0.76 mm from ceiling rose to fan including connection complete.-

Supply and fix in replacement of louvers iron with shutters suitable for existing exhaust fan of any size and shape at site complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge

S&F in replacement of rigid non metallic PVC conduit 20mm complete with clamps and nuts bore all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete including taking out existing unserviceable terminal boxes & conduit with switches/sockets/fan regulators and fittings such as ceiling rose, pendants, tube light fittings, lamp holders, brackets light fittings, rectangular blocks etc. and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. to match with the existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26.00 (here-in-before) but excluding existing concealed conduit.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including cutting chases in walls and including concealed PVC non metallic conduit 20mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) with all fittings such as tees, bends etc including sunk type pressed modular steel box covered with white modular cover plate and frame for housing switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete, all as specified & directed.
