It shall involves an 8 step treatment. Final finish shall consists of poxy polyester powder coating of approved color & shade with a Dry Film Thickness of minimum 40 microns. The testing of paint shall be done for various physical & chemical properties as per IS: 101. The material shall then be oven baked with a controlled temperature of 180°C to 200°C. LABORATORY/LIBRARY/CANTEEN TABLE- Overall size: 1800 mm (W) x 900mm (D) x 740mm(H) +- 10mm Tolerance on overall Sizes. Frame:Legs of table frame should be made of ERW round pipe of 48mm+- 1.0mm and 1.5mm thick(min) Supports shall not be more than 160mm from the floor level when measured frombottom of pipe Two supports of the same pipe should be provided breadth wise in between thelegs of the frame and two supports should also be provided length wise between legs supports are welded to each other properly. The frame top should be made of MS angle iron size38mmx38mmx5mm(min.). The bottom of legs should be closed with metal shoes. Top:Top should be made out of 18mm +-1.0mm commercial board fixed with good quality sunmica 0.75mm thick. Shade of sunmica top should be natural teak/Baverian beach. All the edges of the sunmica top should be fixed with teak beading duly spirit polished. Finish All steel components are to be prepared for degreasing and derusting. After pretreatment

the steel steel components are to be Epoxy PowderCoated. Thickness of powder coatingshould be 50-60 micron (min). Shade of powder coating should be Nickle Grey/Seimn Grey.

COMPUTER TABLE-Computer table should have Dimensions (mm) 900 x 750 D x 730 with +- 10mm Tolerance on overall Sizes. The Computer table should consist of following components. Tops should be made up of 25mm thick Pre Laminated Particle Boards with machine fitted PVC edge banding on all sides. Understructure should be made of 50.8 x 25.4 mm x 1.25 mm thick powder coated ERW tubes at base which should welded to the Vertical Channels which should further be made of 0.6mm thick powder coated MS ‘C’ sections. Footrest and Modesty panels should be provided for stability. The tubes should be closed with Plastic caps. Each table to be supplied with one sliding keyboard tray with one CPU trolley fitted and tray with Pre Laminated Particle Board.
