16 mm thick cement platering with CM ( 1:6) in all floors at any heigh with supply of all labour, matrials, taxes, Tools & Plants ,scafolding etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge . The preparation of surface,application mode is described as below.Preparation of surface: The joints should be racked out properly, efflorescence if any shall be removed by brushing and scrapping, the surface then throughly washed and cleaned, kept wet before plastering is commenced. Incase of conc. surface if chemical retarder /hadner has been applied to the formwork the surface shall be roughened by the wire brush all the resulting dust and loose particles cleaned out and care shall be taken that none of the retarder shold be left over the surface. Application: Plastering shall be started from top to bottom . All put log holes shall be properly filled in advance of the plastering as the scafolding is being taken down. To ensure the even thickness and a true surface ,plaster about 150mm x 150mm shall be first applied horizontally and vertically at not more than 2.00 mtr interval in each direction over the entire surface to serve as gauge. The surface at gauge area shall be truely in plane of finished plaster surface. The mortar to the wall then applied betwwen the gauge with trowel .The mortar shall be applied in auniform surface slightly more than the specified thickness ,this should be brought to the true surface by working a wooden straight edge reaching accross the gauge with small upward and way movement.Finally, the surface shall be finished up true thickness and surface with according to the smooth surface. All corners,arrises,angles,chhajjas,cornish,etc shall be truely vertical or horizontal as the case may be and shall be carefully finished. Rounding or chamfering corners arrises provisions of groovesat the junction etc where required shall be done without any extra payment. Such rounding chamfering or grooving shall be carried out with proper templetes or battensto the size required. when suspending the work at the end of the day , the plaster should be left, cut clean to the line both horizontally and vertically. when recommenceing the plaster,the edge of the old work shall be scarped cleaned and weted with cement slurrybefore the plaster is applied to the adjecent area.Plastring work shall be closed at the end of the day on the body of the wall not more than 150mm to any coners or arrises. It shall not be closed on the body of the features such as plasters, bands and cornices nor the corner arrises . Horizontal joints in plaster work shall not also occur on parapet top and coppings as these invariable lead to leakage. The plastering and finishing shall be completedwithin half an hour of adding the water to dry mortar. Curring: The curring shall be done for aperiod of minimum 07 days with sweet water as per any means.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST )(Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with nonwoven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. ( Exluding GST). The warrenty period on the above item will be 05 years an amount of 10.00% will be kept withheld for aperiod of 05 years any damage or leakage occure during the warrenty period will be rectified by the agency at his own cost. If the agency will not able to do so the department can rectify the same by using alternative manner and the cost will be recovred from the agency who initially done the job.

Painting two coats to the exterior wall surface with weathercoat exterior paint of asian paint APEX /APEX ULTIMA/nerolac EXCEL/EXCEL MICA MARBLE of approved shed over the prepared surface with supply of all materials,the paint shold be applied with roller/brush with horizontal and vertical strokes( one coat consist of one horizontal and one vertical stroke) with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, all transportation charges , staging, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding cost of GST). NB: The agency has to produce manufacturing test cirtificate during purchase of paint and should be produced to the office during submission of the bill. The warrenty period on the exterior paint is 03( three) years and the 10.00% of the above amount will be kept withheld and relesed after warrenty period. Any damage found during the warrenty period will be repainted by the agency with his own cost, otherwise the department will repaired the same and the cost will be recovered from the contractor amount.

Wooden reinforcement made of seasoned Sal wood blocks of cross section not less than 27mm. x 38mm. and also necessary Sal wood reinforcement for fixing the metal fitting such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles etc. shall be provide. A material, the Sal wood reinforcement & the skins. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excludicng cost of GST)

Factory made FRP Door frames of 75mm. x 100mm. or 70mm. x 120mm. size shall be fabricated using E-Glass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM), U.V. stabilized Isopthalic Gelcoat & impregnated with Isopthalic resin. The thickness of the FRP skin shall not be less than 2.0mm. The Door frame will consist of three segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in & with joined together by means of screws. The FRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement of 6 locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metallic hold fast & shall be consolidated by filling with plaster of pairs with fibre reinforcement with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excludicng cost of GST)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive itumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture, over and including a priming of ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer on new work ( Excluding GST)

Labour charges for fitting fixing of GI/HCI/PVC pipes with fittings with supply of all materials like screws, clamp,nails, wooden clits, adhesive,glue etc all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( The pipe and fittings will be supplied by the department .(Excluding cost of GST.)

Providing and applying two coats of epoxy based anticorrosive paint Friazinc-R over the exposed Reinforecement after cleaning the rusts & scales with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excludicng cost of GST)

Painting One coat to the exterior wall surface with APPROVED CEMENTED BASE OR ANY OTHER APPROVED PRIMER with shed including cleaning, scraping with scrapers/wire brush, washing the surface with supply of all materials,the paint shold be applied with roller/brush with horizontal and vertical strokes( one coat consist of one horizontal and one vertical stroke) with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, all transportation charges , staging, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding cost of GST). NB: The agency has to produce manufacturing test cirtificate during purchase of paint and should be produced to the office during submission of the bill. The warrenty period on the exterior paint is 03( three) years and the 10.00% of the above amount will be kept withheld and relesed after warrenty period. Any damage found during the warrenty period will be repainted by the agency with his own cost, otherwise the department will repaired the same and the cost will be recovered from the withheld amount. The painting procedure is as below:-1- Preparation of surface & cleaning of surface:-I)For out side wall surface including Chajja, Cornice,projection etc. A) Cleaning the Exterior wall surface with wire brush ,removal of heavy mosh, algie, vegetation, removal of unwanted plants including uprooting and removal of debrises including old paint from the surface. The surface should be cleaned with high water pressure using with pressure washer with automative motor & pump stop with water pressure upto 160 bar and operating pressure within 60 to 120 bar rate of flow of water upto 485Lit/hour . the high pressure washer, required water for washing , operator, Fuel, Lubricant & electric charges or any other necessary T&P required for the work will be supplied by the agency. B) After cleaning of the surface the surface should be kept dry for 24 hours and then cleaning cleaning should be done by brushing for removal of debrises, alge, left over the surface. then the surface should be finished with cemented based wall putty to filledup the holes and cracks with sand papering the area to receive the paints . 2) Preparation of surface for Interior wall & ceiling surface- Cleaning ,sandpapering the interior wall surface with supply of all labour , scaraper, sandpaper etc. The loose patches then scaraped out and applying putty to fillup the holes & patches and making the surface good to receive the paint . 3) Application of Paint - Supplying and applying one or more coat cemented based exterior & Interior primer at any height over the prepared surface with supply of all labour, Material, T&P etc. all complte.
